Poor service at the reception. I guest the staff not well train in hospitality environment. The staff don't even say thank you during check out.

Strategic location and easy access to most of the places in Kuala Lumpur. Room is clean and parking is available. It will be great if price can be further reduced.

Clean room but there is weird smell on the hall nearby my room, the lift is sometimes doesn't react, there is a window cracked covered by trashbag in my room. The facility was OK though. I would like to thank them for letting me borrow a room for meeting.
