Overall the hotel is nice and quiet. The only unsatisfying thing is there was only 1 staff working at the reception counter. Our check in process took 1 hour including waiting time and processing time as she had to deal with other customers in line. Thumbs up to that worker who handled all the travellers.

1. Staff need more professional training to handle guest check in. 2. Problem of chosen room rate and specify bed type in page, hotel didn't reconfirm and only inform when upon check in. Hotel staff told me can't call because they don't have guest contact number, but I'm this statement. 3. Hotel policy to receive deposits of room, should mentioned in booking for guest. I stayed on 5th Nov 2018, I decided to book for my another stay on 11th Nov. upon arrival my flight direct to hotel around 10.00 pm, Front staff told me about I can't change my room type, so I accept and she told me about to pay deposit and previous stay hotel didn't ask for deposit. Staff answered me, "guest will use towel, don't worry we will refund tomorrow" , I paid RM50.00 for deposits. More curious, when I've signed the deposits form, check in form, staff gave me room key card and tell me not enough keycard to access lift, they will let their security to use their card to access the lift to my room level, and I can come down without lift keycard, but when I need to go up, I must proceed to FO to use lift access card to room. end up, I can't postpone or refund, I decided don't stay this hotel, and get my deposit refund immediate. I'm a single female traveler, I feel very not comfortable of hotel staff handle this case. for good review, Hotel room is big and clean. the cafe and restaurant service and food is good.

they charge for the little dirt you do on the sheets and pillowcases. the charge is very unreasonable with dirt ie rm50 for sheets and rm20 for pillowcases. the hotel policy was not informed to hotel guests at check-in.

Large room, neat & clean + delicious breakfast with multiple choices. Near to the airport. Very recommended 😊

I was staying there for 2 nights in June 2018. Clean and spacious. But need to improve on the daily room make up. Housekeeping staff didn't clean the coffee spillage on the table while they clean my room on the second day.

The hotel room was great. Very clean, very tidy. Almost everything looked brand new. The location is a bit far from the main city. However, public transport is always around for Grab. The staff was helpful to say the least. Overall, it was a good stay. Definitely recommending to others.
