**TERMS and CONDITION** 1.SET UP Fees PER STAY(For Setting Up after Check Out): 1 Bedroom - MYR55, 2 Bedroom - MYR75, 3 Bedroom - MYR95 will be collected upon check in. Guests are expected to contact us upon arrival to check-in at the lobby by our personal. 2.Guests have to pay RM300 as deposit which is refundable at the time of checkout. In the event that any additional persons found staying at the property, an additional fee of RM80 per night per person will be charged. 5.NO SMOKING is allowed inside the house/apartment. 6.Do not leave your rubbish bags in the foyer and the corridor. Please throw it in the refuse room. A penalty of RM300 will be imposed if caught by The Face security & management.
