Amazing experience! Great hospitality, very friendly staff and always ready to help, clean and comfortable, even the bathroom is actually one of the best part, they always keep it so clean (soap& shampoo are not provided) definitely my no. 1 place to stay whenever I'm in Penang. It also has so many food option nearby and close to minimarket. Note: not fully soundproof sometime other guest can be too loud, but for it's price it's quite understandable.

I'm staying for more than 7 times... Best capsule in Malaysia. Staff are nice and toilet actually very clean but due to some customer don't know how to manage the toilet till dirty.. Its awesome. Highly recommended

Spacious, comfy and clean including the toilet. The staff also friendly toward the customer. It was my first time to come to the hotel, I didn't know which one the door to the registration counter, luckily the staff call me and guide me from A-Z.
