Cockroaches found in the homestay, home owner had ask their staff to take some action but still there are lots of cockroaches crawling around. Sticky floor. Me and my family couldn't sleep well due to the noisy building since 5am.

Before the first message read the Policy so that the process smoothly. 3 days before coming have to phone the owner of the apartment what time of appointment to meet the key handover. Spacious studio for foursome. The less can WA owners. Suggested mattresses near the dining table were changed.
