Spacious room and comfort. Nice food. However, need improvement on housekeeping.

Good rooms but that's only it. Their services are very slow. First day housekeeping did not make up room. waited till 6pm and called reception, they inform me housekeeping already gone back. Ordered room service on second day, waited one hour and once I called back, they have forgotten my order and had to wait another 15 minutes. On my first day internet was not working. I needed to get some work done but when I called front office and spoken to Mr. Bernard (front office manager), absolutely rude and offer no alternatives or solution. Just keep on blaming the internet service provider. He also mentioned He is not qualify to be a FOM. Don't be fooled by the swimming pool as it is only a tank. and the highest floor is a club, so it's noisy at night. Hopefully the hotel management take this review seriously and work on improving it.

Good stay
Stayed just for one night on last weekend. Check in was super super slow. There were 2 staff manning the check counter but only one staff attending to a guest in front of me. Another one more staff was busy contacting the housekeeping about the rooms. It took me almost 10 minutes for my turn to be check in. You need to tap your room card to gain access to the floor. Very wide common corridor. The room was very big, everything was new and very comfortable. The bathroom was big, water pressure was very good. The smart tv worked well. Able to watch movie from the youtube with no buffering. I didn't had my breakfast in the coffee house, so can't comment. One thing that really irritates me was the sound of people slamming the door, kids running and people chatting at the hallway can easily be heard in the room. My room facing the main road, so the sound of the motorbike can be heard clearly in the room. With the price paid, I will definitely return back.

Big Rooms, Average Service
Stayed at Millesime Hotel for work when I was in JB and was looking forward to staying in the new hotel. Check in was slow and poor - we checked as a group of 5 and the lady who was checking us returned IDs to the wrong people, got us confused, etc (though check in was done one at a time). Plus points: I was surprised by how big the rooms were and the bathrooms were a good size as well. Rooms had good black out curtains, a safe (that's located in the cupboard in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, coffee and tea, fridge and a Smart TV. Downside: I wasnt a fan of the Smart TV as the internet connection was not great and often lagging. There was no pool and the gym was super sad - its a room that's converted into a gym with minimal equipment. Breakfast was a big let down - food was average and service was bad. There are no other eateries or convenient stores around the hotel, which made it a little inconvenient to get snacks and other items.

New Hotel but poor maintenance
1st impression looked like a grand hotel. high and big lobby. Very quiet surrounding. Good for those who want to have a short getaway from daily busy & noisy surroundings. Booked this hotel for the 2nd times. 1st experience booked 1 x family room for 4 adults. Room was very big and clean but suddenly while about to sleep at almost 12 midnight, the aircon leaked. We gotta called the maintenance to check on the aircon and they did the flushing in the room. they recommended us changing to another room which was inconvenience for us so we decided to stay put in the room. Thinking maybe it was a bad day for us that day. 2nd time returned to book this hotel again. This time round we booked 2 x family deluxe room. 1 room for 2 nights and the other room for 1 night stay. Everything looks fine upon arrival. 2nd day stayed in one of the room, we went out supper and came back with a problem with the electricity. Contacted the helpdesk. To my shocked, they mentioned that there was no engineer around and have to transfer us to another room instead of family deluxe to 2 x deluxe room. As we got no other choice to choose, we the room was dark and our stuffed were all lying around the room where we have to use our own handphone touchlight to look for our stuffs. The counter staff don't even bother to offer any help to shine a touch or maybe a temporary electricity for us to find our stuffs. It was a bad experience staying in this hotel. the next morning checked out. Feedback this to the front desk and was given complimentary vouchers for a 1-night stay for deluxe & family room. This voucher is to be utilized before end September 2017. The contact no. listed behind the voucher to contact the reservation team at contact no: 07-5539191. Tried so many times to contact nobody is picking the call. Contacted the reception no. & managed to get to someone. Apparently spoken to the staff that gave us that complimentary voucher, Li Chin. She gave me 3 complimentary vouchers. All vouchers are for deluxe room but we always booked for family room. She gave us 3 vouchers instead. 1 x voucher for deluxe room and 2 x vouchers combined for family room. Shocking news again, we have to pay for the rooms at a discounted price which really pissed me off. We were not told that we have to pay for the room. She commented that she has informed us on the day we checked out which i find it ridiculous. Whats the point of this complimentary voucher then?? Combined 2 vouchers (deluxe room) to make a 1 family room, we have to pay at a discounted price of RM$330?? What rubbish is this? Even I've booked from Agoda is much way cheaper for a family room. I will not choose this hotel anymore cause overall stayed sucks!

Good property poorly managed
It is a waste of a good property. Room was large with good layout but everything else was wrong. Large bathroom but they put the closet so near to the shower screen that cramps your feet to the glass. The smart TV in the room was very much not user-friendly and really not suitable for a short-stay since you have to spend a couple hours just to figure out how it works. the house keeping didn't do their job, there was some water inside the kettle that makes it moldy, yucks! The worst thing was when the house-keeping opened my room using her master key without knocking. How can that happen? You don't even have a privacy in your own hotel room. The gym was a joke, thread mill didn't work and the wight lifting machine makes a squeaky sound whenever it performs. And it was not a gym, it is a guest-room forcefully converted to a fitness room. Same goes with the swimming pool. Breakfast was awful with over crowded patrons and so few staffs. Should revamp the management before it's too late.
