Staff is not friendly. My room can not be opened for 2 times so I had to go back on fort to the reception.

I was shock to see the room, it was so dirty, I used to stay at this hotel before and never across this kind of expirience before, also the staff that served me are very rude.

So so, no amenities, housekeeper knock on your door to ask what time you check out even it 's before 12noon! That was 10min before 12noon! That's rude!

I stayed for 2 nights here. First day I got not working water heater and 2 dirty towels, but they replaced the towels very soon with sorry and. Sent their technician fast to fix the water heater. Room is quite small but comfortable enough. Workers are friendly.

I had called and inform staff to assign me a room at hotel building which is the same at where their customer service counter located, and staff said OK, when check in they give me different building hotel. Really not satisfied with the answer and informed, room full already at the hotel building I requested.
