A pleasant place, the facilities are very good, there is only one small drawback, the trash cans are rarely looked after, the trash piles up but is not thrown away... overall the place is nice and good

The hallway is clean.
There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen (for cooking).
You can wash, dry, and iron clothes.
The staff are nice.
There are cooking utensils.
Sugar, oil, rice, tea, and hot/cold drinking water are available.
You can walk to Island Hospital.

As per the photos. Clean room. Clean bathroom, shampoo and soap provided. Clean hallway. There is an elevator. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen (cooking). You can wash, dry, and iron clothes too. The staff/supervisor is kind. Close to Island Hospital, just a short walk away.

The location is close to everything, but you still have to use Grab or Rapid Penang.
The room is clean.
The bathroom is clean, with soap and shampoo available.
The staff are kind and friendly.
