Kenyalang park is one of the oldest CRIME FREE and large residential areas in kuching. It itself is a self sufficient Township, you name it you get it. This explains that one of our company directors has been staying here for decades.

It takes about 19-minute drive from kuching international airport. It could be faster when traffic is not busy.

Kenyalang Park is part of city center. It would take a couple of minute drive to river front Esplanade, a must visit tourist spot.

Living here, you would experience the daily life of activities and hospitality of kuching folks. Ample foods at real local prices to cut down your spendings.

This home is designed for guests who prefer low budget stay and yet with full home amenities.

It consists of eight (8) rooms . They are : one (1) queen bed room, two (2) double-decker rooms with three (3)single beds and five (5) double-decker rooms with two (2) indoor carparks.

Total capacity : eighteen (18) guests.
