I didn't expect I will get a relaxing and pleasurable stay at this hotel in a very affordable price. Toilet was shiny as new, there's tv, clean bed, free bottled water, coffee and staff are super kind. Location was great, nearby MCd and souvenir shop, and place was safe, we just park our rented bike outside overnight. I recommend you guys to stay here.

A perfect accommodation, have ample of parking spots, calm area, easy accesible to the town and all restraunts in 5minutes, walkable to McD and the host was very helpful upon check in. Room was superb clean, shower was superb clean as well. They even change the towels and clean the room on the very next day. Highly recommendedfor short stay hotel. Air conditioner was too old and less pressure, hopefully you may upgrade for a better aircondition soon. The rest and all 9/10. Would rate the accommodation ⭐.

1. When I checked in this afternoon, the man at lobby asked me to pay 50 ringgit for deposit + 15 ringgit for tax. Didn't get any receipt for this, and didn't know that have to pay another tax. Traveloka should mention about this tax before, so guests can be prepared for extra charge like this. I don't know if I can have my deposit money back tomorrow since I don't have any proof about it. 2. TV was not working, called the lobby man, he came, and said, he will check another room for me. Waited 1 almost 1 hour with opened door, finally call lobby, and he said all room same. He should let me know so I didn't wasted time to wait for him in my room. I told him about this and he said, he was busy downstairs. It's just as simple as a call. For TV he said technician will come. But he never showed up. When I came back from dinner, he said technician will come tomorrow. Means no TV tonight.

I was expecting of a two single bed as requested, but it end up into one queen bed only. In any case you should feedback the customer that you don't have available space so that we can make another option. Though the staff were friendly but the point is you want to rest well after the whole of roaming around.

The hotel clean and the toilet also clean. Even its like budget hotel but I think is very comfortable and nice. Have iron at ground level and also have microwave/oven to heat foods. Have TV inside the room, even don't have many channels but its OK. We stay for sleep. Actually we just want to stay in 1 night but we extend until 4 nights after that. We enjoy stay there. In room also have cups and mugs to make a drinks. The staff also friendly. Aunty and uncle do housekeeping also nice. Just parking outside don't many, first come first get it. And have to pay the coupon. Overall, its OK. Maybe we can come again when we want budget hotel to stay in Penang. Thank you 😘

Hotel is conveniently located within immediate infrastructures and amenities are all within walking distance. Efficient check-in process by friendly staff. Room is of basic standard for a budget hotel within similar price point & location. However, towels & pillows (too flat & dirty) need to be changed as it had been well-utilised for too long; Bed had bugs and dust mites which kept me awake every night! Overall, I would recommend the management team upgrade overall cleanliness standards to welcome many more hotel visitors.

Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. This property is a privately-owned unit and does not have reception counter. You are required to contact owner at least 24 hours before arrival date. Owner will be more than delighted to meet you and pass you the house/room key. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability.
