There are Tanjung Aru beach food hawker court selling roasted peanuts and boiled corn as well as cooking satay and chicken wing grill. Sabah State Museum - Located at Penampang road, Sabah State Museum was built in 1985 and was previously a British North Borneo Governor's Palace. The museum is surrounded by beautiful ethnobotanical gardens and comprised of Main Building, Science and Education Centre, Heritage Village, Sabah Art Gallery and Museum of Islamic Civilization. There are also galleries that display Natural History, Ceramics, Ethnography and Archaeology, Arts and many more.
