Room was spacious but the room needs a bit more cleaning. The sink is dirty. Parking is expensive. Customer services was nice.

The size of the room is relatively huge for hotel in Kuala Lumpur, it is right in front of Kuala Lumpur tower where we booked our lunch at 360 restaurant. 7/11 is also in d same building and it open till midnite. The staffs are all polite and helpful. It is clean and definitely will come back again. Thank you guys.

I booked the king suite room. Feel so pleased with the room so comfortable and spacious. Meets the requirements of a 5 star hotel. The Bathroom is also spacious and has a large bathtub. Will definitely come here again.

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
General Check-in Instructions
Note: Hotel is implementing of charges for those guest who wish to cook in the room amounting RM150.00 nett per day. Please inform the reception at the counter. Guests are required to show a photo identification. A security deposit of MYR 200.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
In line with the recent announcement by the Malaysian Government and Movement Control Order (MCO) from 13th January 2021 until 26 January 2021, please be informed of the following changes: • All common facilities (gym, swimming pool etc) will be closed as instructed by the authorities.
