So far is good but the wall is to thin and the air conditioner is not functioning well

The room was in a very bad condition. It reeks of funny smell, as well as molds in the bathroom, as if they haven't been scrubbed for months.

Good. However feel that the 4 star level was a bit over rated

Reception at front desk not so good

The room a bit smelly, my most concern is the mattress. I was unable to sleep well because the mattress was not comfort at all. I got back pain after waking up. Though, the price is cheap considering the area.

BASIC HOTEL
Stayed in Deluxe Room. The room quite small with basic facility. Comfortable bed . But feel uneasy with the bathroom. It covered with 'fog tempered glass' only. People can see from outside while we doing 'the business'. The rest is ok.

Seriously consider choosing this hotel unless you are going to IDCC
Please bear with me. This is going to be very, very long. Wifi was excellent throughout the entire property. I really liked the beds, though not the bed frame it is on. My head pillow keeps falling between the bed and head boards. I liked the layout of the bathroom. Sure, there are molds, but I really liked the rain shower and the option of a hand held shower as well. And this hotel provides toothbrush and toothpaste, a major plus for me. Big closet space with ironing board and iron. Good lighting in the room with several switch throughout the room. Over the phone, staff service not so good. Though they are much better in person. Could be language barrier, not sure. I was not happy with the hotel even before I left my origin country. I called up a few days prior to my trip and requested for an airport shuttle. At no point was there mention of a surcharge. On the day of my travel, before flying off, I called the property again, to confirm my airport pickup. Apparently, their version of airport shuttle is to book a GRAB ( ride sharing like UBER). I did not have a choice since it was either take the GRAB or be stuck at the airport. I booked a deluxe queen room with breakfast included. One of my reason for booking a deuxe queen was from the picture on the hotels website. A table that does not face the wall. For me, I detest having to stare at a wall while working on my laptop. I got a room with a table attached to the wall. Didn't want to argue as it was late. Oh yes, and my view from my window... another hotel room. Decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. My advice, please don't go there. Thank god for the wifi, since the TV channels were all local channels. I dont know if there was any English channel, but while I was surfing, there wasn't. Bed was comfortable but it was extremely hard to sleep. At around 10.45 the first night, kids screaming could be heard from right outside my door. Since there is no peep hole, I couldnt see what room they were from. I couldn't take it anymore and I called the front desk at just after midnight. Don't know if that helped. But the walls are sure thin. (I spent 2 nights there. 2nd night was the exact same scenario with the kids, except this time, a baby kept crying. Why could the parents not just keep their child inside their room) Also, for a hotel to put a single guest with a family right beside each other.... seriously. There were many other levels to put me in. First day breakfast was a buffet breakfast. Not much selection, but didn't really bother me. Second day breakfast was ala carte. Breakfast buffet is subject to occupancy. In the rooms, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer package are provided including cups and saucers and spoons. I do wonder though how the hotel expects us to make drinks in the room without a kettle. Yup, no kettle. Overall, anytime spent in the hotel for me was a disaster. My trip was made better whenever I was outside the hotel.

Not fancy, but functional
We stayed here for 2 nights for a family's wedding at the adjacent IDCC. The facilities are quite basic, but sufficient to cater for business trips/basic needs. Complimentary wifi. Suite is very spacious, with 2 nice bathrooms. Service was good, but the room service was very slow.

PEGASUS hotel
We stayed at the 10th floor suite. The room was spacious but the wall paper at all the corridors were quirky pink. The top floor gave us a far reaching view until we can see the Petronas Twin Towers on a clear sunny day. We loved the big gym - with excellent facilities including a sauna. In Shah Alam itself there isn't much things to do except shopping. We took a few trips to KLCC from Pegasus hotel and it took us about 40 mins to 2 hours if it is at peak hours.

Quiet but out of the place & cramp hotel
Out of the place hotel, highly not recommended unless you are driving. I am literally handicapped at this place of stay if not for my colleague who had rented a car. Nothing is nearby, so grab your beer, food, tibits and drinks before heading to this hotel. Very cramp room with no work desk, I literally need to stand and work on my laptop with the laptop placed on top of the fridge. Very quiet hotel, 7.30am ~ 8am in the morning, only 3 persons (including me) having breakfast on both days of stay there.
