Natural and amazing place, worth to stay.

More close to nature. Just that people can easily sneak in if you put things in the cabin. The food is nice.

It's fun. Enjoy beautiful nature. The kids enjoyed a bath in the natural swimming pool.

For it would be better ... there is a vehicle that serves to bring guests to the cabin. I remember yesterday brought parents and little distress to go up to where we were staying. and yesterday we booked a room air conditioner, it turns the AC was not functioning. Constraints we place communication with the receptionist, because where we were staying just far enough from the front desk. should be provided to the receptionist's telephone line.

A unique experience
We have just stayed for 5 night's first impression was I loved that it was far from the city and had lots of nature! Staff are friendly. We stayed in treehouse 2 had perfect view of the sea to find out that was because a tree got knock down awile ago! Rooms are bigger then expected, the bathroom needs some work was very dirty and towels and bedding we're always dirty and torn that's my negative otherwise I would give this more stars! We both enjoyed being in the jungle but would advise anyone if you don't like somethink different or wildlife to stay on a hotel as I think some people forget that this is meant to be different and your in a treehouse! Food was very basic not alot of choice but breakfast and dinner was included so you can't complain! 10 minutes down the road there is a couple of food restaurants which we went to a couple of nights as we wanted somethink different. We did the 3 in one dolphins, mangroves and Beach excursion was a brilliant day out, and we went to see the orangutans in the natural habitat was amazing best day out seeing the babies and the big boss of the jungle recommend doing this just ask at reception we also went into the town anther good day out seeing the street art, and souvenirs shops you can get a taxi from the hotel 20 rm each way so much cheaper then Booking your own taxi!

Love the treehouse
What a unique resort. Loved staying in the treehouse, It has amazing views! Felt very close to nature, but with a hint of luxury. Loved the food in the restaurant. Beaches are nice and clean too. Great experience!

Amazing view, unique tree house and nature experience!
If you want to get close to nature... this is the place! If you do not like bugs, or small mammals/snakes, perhaps a hotel would be better suited... the scenery is amazing. Loved the view, loved the tree house, the food was great as well, would have liked to stay longer!

Didnt stay, but loved the beach
We found the Kayak night trip on google and checked it out. Went to the beach first during the day which was one of our highlights. Totally clean and empty. We were the inly two guests for 2 whole days on the beach! Perfect beach just next to the jungle so enough trees to enjoy some shade and at the same time have a beautiful beach all to yourself. Its a 45 min ride from Kuching but easily done with Grab or Uber, be sure to book a ride back upfront because there are not Uber or Grab drivers nearby.

Nice resort but needs improvement
One of the bath towels in the room had a large brown stain on it, this was very disgusting and there was no phone in the treehouse to call reception, you have to walk 5 mins.... luckily I had brought my own just in case and used that. The treehouse itself was very nice, there were screens that kept the insects out and the interior surpassed my expectations. The main issue was the cleanliness of that towel, which then made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire place. The mirror in the bathroom could have done with some cleaning as there were things growing on it but overall it was ok. Food options at the buffet was minimal, but it there were 1 or 2 things that were delicious
