As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

• Airport shuttle fee: MYR 40 per person (one-way)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: MYR 20.00 (one-way), (from 5 to 12 years old)

To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
