Very impressed when I stayed at the Charm hotel, the service was good and satisfying. And the employees / tinya are very friendly and polite. although it's a bit small in the room. but cleanliness is prioritized there.

stay for 2nd time..overall it worth what we pay...for anyone who come to mahkota hospital and need to stay overnight...this hotel suitable because just walking distance to the hospital. For accommodation, 2 star hotel what you want to expect more for rm60 per night:-)

The mattress was itchy like it had never been replaced, the bathroom also had a shower which was a hassle. Spray everywhere there is a chuck towel on the floor not taken, sorry.

The room so dusty like never been cleaned. Bedsheet & blanket smelly and the worst thing towel that given to us so dirty with something on it. 😢 so disappointing.

The trip to the hotel if the map is too convoluted but it turns out it can be through the back door of the crown of the medical center. Friendly and reliable service. okay facilities, all available and ensuite bathroom.

Enter the floor room. 2 in room 502 had to go through a hallway that smells of mattresses from the rooms around the hall. rooms have cockroaches.
