Pengalaman terburuk pesen hotel via traveloka. Pesen hotel ini karena lokasinya di sebelah ceylonese dan dekat ke waterfront. Sampai sana hotel tutup! Serasa kena scam, sudah pesan dan bayar dari traveloka, eh pas sampai sana hotel tutup! Tidak ada satpam atau siapapun disana. Saya tanya ke hotel sekitarnya, dibilang hotel itu tutup. Marah kesal emosi banget! Saya sudah pesan dari jauh jauh hari dan tidak ada pemberitahuan bahwa hotel tutup dari traveloka maupun pihak hotel. Kami akhirnya pergi ke hotel place2stay cabang lain. Disana saya jelaskan kondisinya, lalu petugasnya bilang pihak hotel tidak bisa menghubungi saya karena tidak punya kontak saya, padahal di akun traveloka saya sudah tertera nomor handphone dan email saya. Alasan tidak masuk akal! Akhirnya kami menginap di hotel cabang ini, mungkin ini kompensasi dari pihak hotel. Saran saya tidak usah pesan hotel ini. Kalau mau pesan, silahkan konfirmasi dulu ke traveloka untuk tanya hotel ini benar buka atau tidak. Saya pesan di traveloka karena yakin bahwa traveloka bisa dipercaya. Tapi malah dapat kejadian buruk seperti ini. Semoga traveloka bisa lebih memperhatikan kalau ada hotel seperti ini, kalau bisa diblacklist saja hotel ini supaya tidak ada orang yang terjebak dan dirugikan. Semoga pihak hotel bisa lebih bertanggung jawab supaya tidak terjadi hal seperti ini lagi.

Cheap and comfortable. That what can I say. But sometimes your ear need to be good sleep with noisy bar besides.

I like it and satisfies with the accommodations. Highly recommended to all. There is not far from the best place in Kuching.

stain bed sheet (blanket cover obviously see not washed), stay for 2 night towel and water not change and refill.

Room a bit smelly. 2 times I got blanket with a dotted blood on it. Ask for a replacement, but still have a blood there. Staff not that friendly. However the place is good for sight seeing. Near to riverfront.

Cheap room but the room was unsatisfying dirty. Lumps of hair on the drain cover inside the toilet that blocked the entire bathroom, dirty sheets, mattress and blankets, aside from stains on the towels. Had an unpleasant sleep as I can feel the springs on the bed. The sink was leaky, as I was washing my hands, my feet was wet as the drain below was leaking. Also the shower head was leaking, very low pressure to take bath. Used to patron the Place2Stay franchise, but this outlet is disappointing. Been to other outlets in Kuching and Miri, and this would be the worst.

It is not 3 stars hotel, not even 1 star. Not recommended. Can find better place at same price.

There’s a lot of cockroach in room 😭, smelly bathroom 😖 and dirty bedsheet. Hope they can improve it since the place is very strategic place for tourist.
