Overall great location and it was comfortable. The only two things that was disappointing was the water pressure in the shower was not great and our beds were not turned down in the evenings.

Nice hotel, I get upgrade to a apartment suit when they didn't had any smoking rom, breakfast was in the continental area , but I manage to switch it to international in 1 floor.

Good hotel with good facilities, located at mid-distance between KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Staff are friendly and helpful... The only small inconvenience is that even if the hotel is located just across the street of Pavillon Mall, you'll still need to walk 5 minutes to reach a bridge to cross Raja Chulan Road, or you can cross the street at your own risk if you feel lazy to walk the extra 5 minutes.

Good Location near Pavilion
Pullman KLCC is located near Pavilion -- Just 5 minutes walk. I really love this location. The problem was the cleanliness in the room. On 2nd day of my stayed. Housekeeper forgot to change coffee cups, spoons and drinking glasses after I used it. They only cleaned one drinking glasses and put them in the bathroom, not counter bar. Used coffee cups, spoons and drinking glass still at the same place that I placed after used. No change, no clean.

Exceptional customer service at Pullman KLCC
Wonderful hotel, with amazing customer service! (Helping me retrieve a lost item!) The hotel itself is situated at a very convenient location, opposite Pavilion in Bukit Bintang, the shopping mecca of KL, and within walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers. As I have Platinum status with the Le Club AccorHotels program, my family and I were ushered to the Executive Lounge on the 4th floor to be checked in. We were offered drinks as the staff checked us in, and the staff at the lounge were friendly and took care of us. The Executive Lounge was newly renovated, and has a very modern pleasing decor. Our family of 3 stayed at a one bedroom apartment in the Residence section of the hotel, and we had access to the Living Space as apartment guests. It is simliar to the Executive Lounge, except it was not as new. Our apartment was well appointed, and is very comfortable. The decor was a little dated, but it was well maintained and clean. The bedroom is separate from the living room, and kitchen, which is good when you are travelling with children, who sleep earlier. We used the pool, the Zone (a games room for kids), and the gym. All are well appointed and well maintained. The breakfast buffet at the lobby has a great variety, and the food is good. Of notable mention is Aaron, a staff at the Executive Lounge, who helped retrieve my son's camera, which was left in a Uber car. I had a hard time communicating with the Uber driver, trying to coordinate the return of the camera. I approached Aaron and asked him for help, and he told me to leave it with him. In less than an hour, Aaron delivered the camera into my hands at my room. I was flabbergasted. And Aaron said, "Your satisfaction is my priority." What great customer service! I have to say that this experience has greatly enhanced my experience with the Pullman brand, and of course, the AccorHotels brand. I also did my check out at the Executive Lounge. Took them less than 5 mins to print out my invoice, and collect the tourism tax, and we were on our way. I would go back to Pullman KLCC in a heartbeat. It is a great hotel, with exceptional staff, providing excellent customer service.

Fantastic Location
Lovely hotel and the location was just amazing! Buffet breakfast was wonderful with a huge variety of food. Super close to shops and great food. The staff were lovely and a special shout out to Tommy at the poolside bar who was always so friendly and always ensured we were taken care of while were were poolside :) Will stay again!

The 1st & the last
Upon checking in, I went out for a drink at the hotel and went back to the room around 11pm+, 12am. I was dead tired and just wanted to go for a showerr and get to bed preparing for my meeting the next day. As I didn't want to disturb my colleague therefore I called to request for a hairdryer as I couldn't find any in my room. It took them more than 20 minutes to bring the hairdryer up and I was already taking my shower when it arrived after my 2nd call. The ventilation in the room was so bad. We didnt cook and yet we could smell the oily stench in our room all the time. I brought an air freshener with me but it didn't help at all. The room toilet floor wasn't clean. I could see hairs lying around upon checking in. Upon checking out, I literally stood at the counter for 20 minutes. The staff wasn't attentive and the service was so slow. I was asked to pay for a service charge and i requested them to give me both the invoices for the room charges and service charge. In the end, only the service charge invoice was given. And i have to wait for another 5 minutes to have the invoice printed and pass to me.

Awesome except for front office executive
Absolutely wonderful hotel with all the required checks and balances to ensure you have a lovely experience. The only hitch was a lousy experience with the front office guy at checkout which spoilt an otherwise near perfect hotel stay. Make sure you clarify with the hotel on the concept of a deposit when you check in.
