If you come from North like Penang, you can take a bus from Butterworth Bus Terminal to come to Kuala Lumpur at the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). There are numerous buses operating from Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur daily. The journey from Butterworth Bus Terminal to TBS will take 3 hours and 45 minutes depending on traffic conditions at that time. When you have arrived at TBS, you can take a taxi to Raizzy's Guesthouse in just 14 minutes. You can also use the Light Rail Transit (LRT) to Raizzy's Guesthouse. From TBS, you can take the Sri Petaling route LRT to Sentul Timur and drop off at Plaza Rakyat Station. Then you only have to walk for 9 minutes to Raizzy's Guesthouse.

You can also save your travel time to Kuala Lumpur by plane. If you are coming from Penang, you can take a flight at Penang International Airport to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Flights from Penang to Kuala Lumpur will take about 1 hour. You can take several flights from Penang such as Malaysia Airlines, AirAsia and Malindo Air. When you arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, you can take the Express Rail Link (ERL) to Kuala Lumpur (KL) Sentral Station for 33 minutes. When you arrive at KL Sentral Station, you can take a taxi or use LRT to go to Raizzy's Guesthouse. If you want to use a taxi, a trip from KL Sentral to Raizzy's Guesthouse will take about 6 minutes depending on traffic conditions at that time. If you want to use LRT, you can take Kelana Jaya route LRT to Gombak at KL Sentral Station and get off at Pasar Seni Station. Take the exit to Carcosa Seri Negara / City Center / K. L. Sentral / State Museum / Jln. Bangsar / Dataran Merdeka from Jalan Damansara. Continue on Jalan Damansara. Drive to Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin and Jalan Tun Sambanthan to Jalan Tun H S Lee in the city centre before you reach Raizzy's Guesthouse.

Rooms at Raizzy's Guesthouse are standard double bed, private bunk standard, family room, 4-bed mixed, 6-bed mixed, 8-bed mixed, 6-bed window and 12-bed window. Standard double room has 1 double bed. Private bunk room features 1 bunk bed. The family room has 1 queen-size bed and 1 bunk bed.
