Very modern apartment, the cleanliness is well kept, the staffs give their empathy to us which is seldomly found in any type of apartment accommodation. The pool is great with the KLCC view. Will definitely come back for the view.

I didn't expect the service and room to be this good. While waiting for check-in time, we can leave our belongings with the receptionist who is very detailed and friendly to all guests. Everything we need, such as cooking utensils, ironing equipment, hairdryer, bathroom standing shower & bathtub, and smart TV, is available. The balcony view directly to the twin tower and sky pool is very amazing. Highly recommended, and I will stay here again if I come to Malaysia.

Has always been in love with Malaysia since the first visit until now. The place was superb. We got the best view ever. From inside our master bedroom was the best. Best stay ever so far in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you.

Alhamdulillah the first day of staying here, overall everything was fun. The room was clean and complete. The location is close to everywhere. The staff is nice and what we like the most is that the facilities are all still functioning well. Hopefully in the future they will continue to maintain all the facilities well.

Reception is at 33rd floor for Dormeo Destination for check in. You need to get the access cards for parking and the room first. Then only go to the parking lot.
Remember to get ready RM300 cash for deposit. They don't accept credit card for the deposit.
Nice view from the room and from the swimming pool at highest level 55.
The place is clean and have all the necessity.
Overall, is a pleasant stay.

Overall I live my first experience staying here as Malaysian who work around KLCC area. The facilities and room setup is great and definitely I love the pool area! THE ONLY draw back was the smell of the room.
There was a sour smell in the room, possibly from dirty cleaning tools or staff odor. We had to keep the sliding door open and use our own perfume so we could sleep comfortably. The living room smell could not be fixed. We also found leftover food in the fridge that had not been cleared.

The hotel staff is very helpful, it's close to everywhere, the hotel is new so it's still clean, it's just that the room was never cleaned during our 4 night stay and there were no cleaning tools provided in the room and to throw away the trash you have to contact the hotel staff so the trash piles up in the room.
