As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Guests must transfer to the property via Boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa is accessible via boat transfer from Tanjung Leman Jetty Terminal. Boat schedule: Departure from Tanjung Leman Jetty to Resort: 11:30 AM and 1 PM. Departure from Resort to Tanjung Leman Jetty: 10:30 AM. Transfers are subject to charges. In case of any missed scheduled boat, a charted private boat will be provided before 5 PM at an extra cost.
