Big room compared to other hotels with the same rate very satisfying. Great Service! The location is rather far from the city centre (bukit bintang) but the transportation system is very good there is a monorail 2 minutes walk just besides the hotel.
Good place, good price, good service

Really disappointed with the service. We reached hotel at around 2pm. And the hotel staff said non smoking room not yet ready. He said we go and eat and be back in about 2 hours. After we got back at around 5pm, our room has not yet ready. They said the hotel is fully booked. But is that an excuse for 5star hotel? and we have to wait for another 1 hour++. We just want to check in to the hotel and rest but we can't since it has been a long journey. Very disappointed with it!!!

Fabulous Value
I have been staying at this property for several years and it is the best value hotel that I stay at anywhere in the world. The service and the food in the Celestial Court Chinese and Villa Danieli Italian restaurants are excellent. I would like to give a special acknowledgement to Chef Gaetano for his warm personal greeting and once again preparing a special order lasagna that is always excellent and then checking on my colleagues and I, a very nice touch. The Pavilion lounge is very comfortable and a very good place for informal business discussions. The service is excellent and very friendly there and in the Sheraton Club.

money refund
Just be careful when handing over your credit card as we are now having to fight for our money back after a month when it should have been done straight away. And we did not use any thing from the room or do any damage. We seem to be out of pocket $186.00.

A Breezy and Beautiful Wedding.
Never have we felt more satisfied, on top of feeling grateful to Ms. Ellie Low, her ever dedicated team, and the entire crew of Villa Danieli. From the setting, right up to accommodating to our requests at any given moment, was not only helpful but perfect! Many thanks to Mr. Carson from the Villa who tirelessly entertained our food requests and to the excellent Chef at the Villa who made the gastronomic adventures of our guests memorable enough that it was praised about days after the wedding. Thank you also goes to the staff at the front desk and housekeeping for making our stay as comfortable as possible. Ms. Ellie was efficient in communication and responded to us promptly. Ms. Ellie made us feel like she was part of our family and making sure things goes according to plan was her priority. It was joyful and happy to have her as part of our memory. Thank you very much. Yours, Adeline Lazaroo

Very spacious room!
We decided to go for an impromptu staycation away from daily routine. I'd never regret choosing this hotel as the place to rejuvenate ourselves, alas it was only for 1 night! For the price we paid, the room was unexpectedly larger and more spacious than we thought we'd get! It even had a walk-in wardrobe! We decided to order from one of 3 available sets for sahur and one set was enough to keep both of us full! Each of the sets comes with a bowl of rice and 3 side dishes, together with a drink and a fruit platter. Kudos to Sheraton for coming up with the in-room sahur, very convenient for us indeed. And thanks to SPG, we managed to get a late checkout! Would love to return back to the hotel in near future! P/s: Our refrigerator malfunctioned and despite us tweaking it around, it refused to cool our drinks. And so we requested for some ice. And was given a large bucket of ice cubes that lasted us the whole night 😂🤤

helpful staff, great rooms and food
The hotel is well built and the rooms are really well done and comfortable. The size of the rooms and bathroom is really good. We have two rooms, so hotel made sure we have two adjacent rooms with a door in between so we can actually make it like a suite. Faisal at concierge is really helpful and knows exactly how to get around and where to go for food and shopping. The staff from the doorman to the housekeeping are really helpful, fast and have happy faces. There is a monorail station right next to the hotel which makes going around easy. Cabs and uber is easily available if you want to take a car. There is quill mall right opposite so it's easy to grab a Starbucks coffee or a pancake anytime. On the other exit, side lane has pubs, French restaurant and a 5 minute walk takes you to street market, so a perfect location. If I go back to Kuala Lumpur I will stay at Sheraton.
