This hotel is very nice! All of its aspect were very marvellous. First, its service was exceptional (meet my expectation as Sheraton is a five star hotel). Second, the location is very great. It's very close to the Monorail Station and there's a shopping mall on the other side. Great job Sheraton!

It was great! I love staying here

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Was there for work purposes and it was convenient. Wished the parking was complimentary though.
8.3
My stay with sheraton, not so good service as expected. 1) I request to check the remote control, after three days still not come to check, 2) after service the room, leave the pillow case beside the bed 3) second day after service, did not put back the face towel
9.4
Everything else were great, but I have requested for the shower gel and shampoo, it has never delivered to our room. And the curtains in the room were very dusty. But we will definitely be back!
9.4
It's a good location and near Monorial. Nice view and clean room.

Big room compared to other hotels with the same rate very satisfying. Great Service! The location is rather far from the city centre (bukit bintang) but the transportation system is very good there is a monorail 2 minutes walk just besides the hotel.

Restful stay and good buffet
Stayed here to attend a conference, the hotel is located in front of the Quill city mall. The rooms were comfortable and had a great view of the city center. Their buffet spreads for breakfast, dinner and lunch are good. As I am from the region too, I loved that there were many local spicy and tasty dishes being served rather than just western cuisine. The staff are very amiable and friendly. The location was ok, it was not difficult to get a cab to get to see the other sites in the city.

Good location, good rooms
Pros: Service is great here Rooms are good, with attention to detail - what you would expect of a good 4 star hotel Beds are comfy Location is central - near to public transport, opposite a mall for your daily needs/shopping/restaurants Affordable compared to similar class hotels (especially if you're a Maybank customer - see below for tip) Cons: Breakfast spread could be better Tip: If you're a Maybank cardholder you get 20% (current promo) off the room rack and it includes breakfast and late check out. Great offer.

Very good value
I know many people think this hotel is dated and in a poor location but I beg to differ. Yes it could do with an update but the basics are very comfortable and the staff more than compensate for this. I was looked after very well by everyone. The Club Lounge is fine with a reasonable serving of food and a good selection of wines and cocktails from 1730-1930. If you want a good 5 star hotel at a great price chose the Sheraton.

Food was excellent. But poor service!! DISAPPOINTED!!!
Last year I had been to Villa Danieli to having the Sunday Brunch..The service was excellent, all the staff over there were very attentive to all the guest over the restaurant and the food was very satisfied!!! BUT....this time while I'm bring my friend over there to celebrate birthday it was really ruined our mood.. At first..we reach around 11.30am..there's a staff who wearing a glasses (sorry can't clearly see the name) ushering us to the table and explained to us how the brunch going and offering our on the alcoholic package n non alcoholic package.. So far for now everything was prefect! But there's has a complimentary cocktail & mocktail section..but the staff didn't inform to us..till almost 12noon, there's a staff name Asri who offering us the cocktail.. Thanks to him.. And I was remember that last time they will served a bread basket before the meal..as I like the onion bread very much as my last time experience..but wait until 12 something still not yet served but there's only 4-5 tables tat time n all the others table get their bread, excluding our table..until I ask from the staff and he just realised and less than 15 minutes our bread served, but the bread was cold, it should be warm right..??? Then we having our appetizer and also the main course..really wants to compliments to the chef..as the food over there was still maintain their standard.. Very delicious..and of course the portion was bigger than last time..having their seafood platter, the calamari was cooked well, didn't over cooked, order sea bass..its come out with whole sea bass as what menu stated.. Really shock..but really satisfied!! Worth for the value of money. The food was excellent.. But the service was disappointed!! All the staff there just mingle around the other tables excluding our table.. The staff just only keep their attention to the foreigners table and the family's table. Always I need to call the staff for ordering.. Or waiting the staff to come and do the clearing then order to them.. As they are all focus at the front table or inside the bar. As the pass around appetizer and the dessert just pass through our table ONCE!! Even our sparking water was finish, there's didn't had anyone notices for second offer or refills.. And I need to wait for 45 minutes for my desserts..as just only a scoop of ice cream.. I'm not sure wether is chef's problem or the staff miss the order.. As when I double check with one of the staff, he bring to us the desserts within 10 minutes.. Last but not lease.. I had send an email for confirmation and requested for a slice of cake for surprising my friend..and I did get a reply for the confirmation for my request...but until we finish the brunch..there's nothing comes out..as in between there has a birthday song section.. But is for others table not mine..when settle the bills I did question to them.. As the staff (who wearing the glasses) go and double check the reservation list as there's had stated in the remark.. But the another staff (female) says that she did prepare the cake but didn't know where's the table.. What a JOKE!!! Sorry for a long paragraph..as I was really excited and proud to bringing my friend over your place but come out like this.. I'm was really feel embarrassing and disappointed.. Eventhough I was purchase by using Fave Groupon.. Please be fair to all your guest who ever enter your restaurant..!!! Thank you..

Lush rooms with a beautiful view
The Sheraton is my go to hotel in Kuala. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very classy, extremely spacious and the view of the towers is priceless. The hotel offers a stunning breakfast, with items ranging from European to Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Highly recommend the hotel!
