My stay with sheraton, not so good service as expected. 1) I request to check the remote control, after three days still not come to check, 2) after service the room, leave the pillow case beside the bed 3) second day after service, did not put back the face towel

Big room compared to other hotels with the same rate very satisfying. Great Service! The location is rather far from the city centre (bukit bintang) but the transportation system is very good there is a monorail 2 minutes walk just besides the hotel.

Really disappointed with the service. We reached hotel at around 2pm. And the hotel staff said non smoking room not yet ready. He said we go and eat and be back in about 2 hours. After we got back at around 5pm, our room has not yet ready. They said the hotel is fully booked. But is that an excuse for 5star hotel? and we have to wait for another 1 hour++. We just want to check in to the hotel and rest but we can't since it has been a long journey. Very disappointed with it!!!

Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur - Club Room
Stayed for 6 nights, Executive Room with lounge excess. Room was big, bed was fine. Unfortunately, the shower walls were mouldy and sink taps were dirt encrusted. TV remote didn't work, requested 4 times to get it fixed. Eventually, we gave up and used it manually when we found the button hidden on the back of the screen. Staff at the Lounge were friendly. Breakfast and cocktail hours were satisfactory. Breakfast downstairs at the Essence had a big variety with local and international food inclusive of noodles station, egg station, pancake/waffle station and fresh juices station.

Don't think I will ever stay here again
Poor service recovery after being assigned an occupied room. Staff uninterested in making amends and instead greatly inconvenience me. However I consider the case close after manager reached out to me 4 days after my stay. Common areas look elegant and classy, this hotel was probably extremely grand 20 years ago. Rooms however was old and tired looking and in serious need of refurbishment. Considering so many other SPG and Marriott options at the same price point, no reason to ever come back.

Good hotel, old vibes
The hotel looked old from outside but once we entered the lobby, it was quite nice. The room was bigger than any other hotel, even you got the small room itself for storing your luggage. nothing to complain for the room, except the very old vibe of it. the furniture looked so old, so did the bathroom. the curtains in the room only covered a little part of the window, so the middle part of the window would remain opened all the time. Overall hotel facility was nice, you could also use sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. The location was super! it just a step away from the public transport station
