The location is perfect for families on vacation, close to the Chow Kiat shopping center, for breakfast / lunch and dinner available around the hotel, free transport buses to get around KL right in front of the hotel. Clean room. It's nice to go back to stay here.

It's worth the price. Very satisfied. Suitable for families too. Close to the chow kit market. Near the shell gas station. It's just a parking problem. The other one is good. The eatery, the convenience store is close by.

It's cheap, it's the same if it's just for sleeping, okay, let's go there for a walk, not to sleep, as long as it's a place to sleep, I can accept it. Okay for travelers with minimal budget. Like this, for example.

The hotel and rooms are good, according to the budget, but I stayed 3 days, the room was not cleaned by the clerk, Unlike 2 years ago when I stayed here the room was cleaned every day.

The pillows are not clean, have bad smell and not any amenities in WC. We had the receptionist to change pillows' covers 2 time but nothing been done until we lelf. Her attitude is not nice, no smile at all and the manager (man) as well, he looked always be in angry (!?) We have been really felt bad!

My family and I booked this hotel for an overnight stay in Malaysia. The facilities looked exactly as they did in the photos online and there were no disappointments in this area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, fluent in English and ready to assist in any way if needed. We arrived close to Eid in which there was a daily market set up directly outside the hotel, which made getting into the hotel a bit more challenging than usual, but it wasn't anything overly difficult. Also, this is not the norm as usually the sidewalks are clear. This hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to all kinds of conveniences and amenities. The cost of the hotel was very affordable and I would recommend this for backpackers and anyone else looking for either a budget-friendly hotel or one which allows them to experience the heart of the Malaysian capital.
