One of apartment that we rent had no TV channel due to disrupt card. it is bad during bad weather and we cant watch tv. they should provide astro/njoi replacement instead of asking we move to other apartment in other floor since we booked two apartments to separate in different floor is hard since we have children. Parking is not included in the rent fee. they charged for rm10 per car. Furniture is old, some apartment got iron, some not, some got new bed, some very old bed and mattress. Other than that, the price is reasonable. cleaners and guards were excellent.

The view is nice. But the shower heater really needs to be fixed plus the chair for 3 people to sit is broken. They just tied with some cable. Please fix. Others are awesome.

Last minute stay but am quite dissappointing to see the unkept room and not cleaned thoroughly.
We stayed at room 405. All the furniture run down and outdated especially master bedroom bed like we sleep on the floor. The management have seriously need to see their room facilities because it's not fair for customer paying such amount and received bad facilities.

Great location for the price but check who you book with.
We stayed here for five days as we travelled overland between Bangkok and Singapore. We booked with Susie VIP Suites, not direct with the operators who run the other apartments and we were very happy with what we got. We had a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a kitchenette which allowed us to easily cook for ourselves. The views are great, the pool is clean and well kept and there is a small convenience store on the ground floor. Our apartment was modern with a washing machine, good showers and hot water, cable TV, microwave and good wi-fi to give us a real home type base which is what we were looking for. The main hotels , beach and night market are 3 minutes walk away and the 101 bus which runs between Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi stops literally right outside the entrance. The only slight downside would be the noise from the road which may be a problem for light sleepers ... it seems the locals like their loud motorbikes and souped up cars but it didn't bother us.

A day-staycation
Totally was a bad decision ive made to stay here for a night. Despite its beautiful view from the balcony, the rest is a nightmare.. Broken chairs/sofa (almost injured us because they fix it terribly with used bedframe to support it from collapse and its really sharp) both of the bathroom with aged shower heater (we might get electrocuted) n the water pressure too low.. All the furniture worn out.. Dirty bedsheets.. Old fridge etc... The management should do something.. Not worth for your money.. Note:- from the picture u can see that cut bedframe to support the sofa. Dangg!!!! 😡😡😡

Our room was at level 5 & level 7, but i forgot the number for that room. Windows at kitchen cracked, the kitchen cabinet very sad-looking and dirty also old-fashion. Kettle colour yellowish inside. Fridge very smelly. They have big toilet, but the shower was broken, water heater not functional. Air-condition was problem but after that we called thier service maintenance and they came on time. We asked them to send their ironing boards. then the 'bad' iron board was broken when we used it. Please, please, please make frequent and detailed maintenance if you want to continue with this business. Sooo sad!

The worst apartment
I would never recommend this apartment to any. A lot of upgrading works are needed. Dirty sofa, toilet, bathroom n bed. The bed sheets n sofa was dusty. The air cond smell were so bad. Came over with my kids n family n my sis ended up with flu bcoz of the dust. 5 big lizard in the wardrobe this was at 10th floor n I get them to change the unit immediately

Bad.. No hot water.. No fork only spoon.. AC always turn off, dirty and stain at toilet seat cover,dirty toilet,no coffee set,.. TV channel limited access,no mineral water.. Very bad!!..CAR PARKING CHARGE RM10.60,per night or what?.. As a guest there is no need we pay for a parking lot?..coz why!!.. WE ARE GUEST AND PAY FOR NIGHT STAY!!.. good!!.. Only the bed more comfortable, pillow soft, duvet look OK..reception good,.. Suggestion!!.. Need more focus on cleaning,upgrade on coffee set, amenities item, hot water, TV channel..
