Everything is good except for a few things. 1. I think every room needs a telephone, in case of emergencies, especially health emergencies. 2. No shower gel. 3. Need rubbish bin in the bathroom. 4. Add more hanger. Otherwise, the room is really cantik and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. The room was large and. The view was quite lovely. The WiFi quality was excellent! Me and the kids enjoy watching Netflix & YouTube from the smart TV, Its a quite good to have this type of facilities when you staying with the kids! Best sunsets might been seen from the top floor which is where the indoor swimming pool located. We loved our stay here and surely. We'd come back anytime. Highly recommended.

Room itself is pleasant and well fitted. Check in time stated was 1400. Actual room unavailable for check in until 1900. Front desk staff extremely apologetic but not much they can do. Housekeeping shortage they said. No towels available at pool-due to laundry delays.

Hotel facilities are alright. Housekeeping is overloaded and do not clean rooms unless requested. No towels at poolside. Check in times are imaginary.

Time 3.00pm for check in we arrived at 5.00pm, counter staff said still house keeping and ask them when can check in, no answer just ask waiting for housekeeping finish and nearly 8.00pm still no answer can check in.
