Good hotel staycation in KL. Hopefully the buffet breakfast will be back soon as kids love the food although it's only a la carte and not much choices during this covid period. Will definitely come back!

Bed and living room ac not working, tried to reach operator to solve the problem, no response, booked and paid for 2 nights stay, end up stay for one night, giving feedback to the front desk on this matter, the response was unpleasant.

The rooms provided during our stay was different to web advertised room type and size. I have booked two different types of rooms-superior double room and superior double apartment rooms, with a premium rate for the second booking. Since the hotel system don't have the same room categories, the rooms provided during our stay were the same, and I consider this as a cheating by the booking website. Hotel management didn't take any responsibility on the false rate charged, cited this issue as a system error on online agent's end. Overall, not a good experience, I will reconsider whether to use online agent during my next holiday trip.

The most pleasant stay for this year. Great location near to monorail station, easier to travel to Bukit Bintang, jalan Imbi and Medan Tuanku area. Rooms are spacious, breakfast was awesome.
