Didn't like their trimmed off "options", e.g. alternate hourly low speed internet is complimentary but regular high speed internet option is MR50 per day. Breakfast or no breakfast options and charges. The shower tap mixer didn't work properly and could be dangerous - had to jump aside several times every shower because the hot water became suddenly scalding. The tap handle fell off (not screwed in well) from day one and I left it on shelf for them to fix. Over 3 days stay, it was carefully placed back on the tap to fall off again when trying to use it. In case you're wondering, you need to press the handle as you twist and rotate the mixer for volume and hot/cold. The room and linen was clean, pillows too big and hard. Air-con fan rather noisy, and couldn't adjust the temperature etc, so I just switched it off or on. Staff all very courteous and friendly, maintenance of working shower taps mixers air-con only problems. The espresso machine in room with 2 miserable coffee pods (complimentary) was wonderful !!

Pleasantly surprise with room and food
Stayed for 2 nights for business meetings. The resort was well maintained, clean and lots of space. I stayed at Block 3 and the rooms had recently been renovated. The room was well stocked and bathroom was big, with separate WC, shower and came with a tub. The king-bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had dinner at the Japanese restaurant and there was a big selection of the menu and food was fresh. Had buffet breakfast and lunch- food and coffee was really good. Within the compound there's also a whisky and drink bar and live music. Overall a very nice stay. Too bad I didn't have time to explore the other facilities - but will consider coming back for a weekend stay it's situation within a town and a mall nearby for those who want to do some shopping.

Nice rooms, beautiful hotel location
The hotel was very helpful taking delivery of a lost suitcase which the airline sent in during the night. The breakfasts are lovely and the meals in the Charcoal restaurant were good. Service was incredibly slow in the bar - 20 minutes to take our cocktail order, and another 20 minutes to actually get the drinks. We tried to eat in the Italian in the Clubhouse one evening but all the tables inside were taken, and there are too many mosquitos to eat outside.

Short but comfortable stay
I stayed there for 3 nights for a business meeting along with our team. We used their meeting rooms. My experience was quite pleasant. Room was clean and tidy. They have a decent breakfast items. Their in house restaurants are quite good. It’s a great place if you intend to play golf. However, if you are in KL for shopping or more precisely if you are a tourist then hotel location may not interest you. Its actually a bit far from central KL. Hotel staffs are very friendly.

nice and clean,but average
The hotel is quiet, nice and clean, with new - or renewed - rooms. Shower is god, amenities not bad. The mainly downsides are few complimentary tea and water and almost none vegan and vegetarian options of food. Also, some of the restaurants have a dress code that don't allow shorts or flip-flops: now, I can't really imagine to travel to a resort in a tropical country in order to relax and can't go for a meal in my shorts: really odd, I have to say. Service is not brilliant: I had to ask for an bottle opener, because they didn't made it available in the room, despite the fact that they provide beer in a bottles in their mini bar. The manual of the hotel says they have cable for internet connection, but we had to go to reception to get one, and they were limited. At least they were kind enough to let us check out 2 hours later the regular time, what was very useful due to our schedule. Location is also not the best, you will need a car anything you want/need to do outside the hotel. In the end, not too bad, but not too good, average, fair value for the money.

Nice place to relax
I've stayed at the Saujana a number of times now, and always enjoyed the stay. The rooms are reasonable but clean and comfortable, air conditioning is good. Staff are friendly but service at the bar can be very slow...don't expect a drink to turn up in less than 5-10 minutes. For restaurants, make sure you buy ok for the Italian restaurant at the club house, but Charcoal is quite good and seems like no booking required and plenty of space If you plan on using the gym, try to make sure your room is at that end of the building...otherwise you can get your exercise just walking there
