I just don't like when I stay that hotel's electricity was off from 10am to 4pm. So disappointed.
9.4
The best hotel and always my first choice. Feels so welcoming nice interior even though the hotel itself a bit isolated but nvm. Will come for more

Love this boutique hotel so much, only a lot of mosquito

Everything was great. Would love it if you provide breakfast though.
8.5
Good except that the surrounding smells
8.4
Mosquitos. They need to seal or put bug's net on the bathroom windows. But the room itself just wonderful and worth the money, it just the mosquitos that make me cringe a bit.

I enjoyed stay in this hotel, spacious room and bathroom.
6.1
The aircon wasn't cold. We hanged the sign on the door knob for room service before we went out but came back to see the room wasn't cleaned.

I love this place so so much!!
It is like a hidden gem in KL City!!Recommended!!definitely will bring my families come back again!! The design is like western combine with Malaysian local culture house^^Due to it is not facing the main road thus have a very quiet night stay as I tried others in Jalan Alor have vehicle sound at night but this place is really quiet.

One of the best.
Nice environment. Staffs are friendly. Spacious room and bathroom, walking distance to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor. Their location near to Changkat as well. After you grab a cold beer, I would suggest you to stay in this peaceful place after HANGOVER :D.

a quite haven along a busy vicinity
Along Tong Shin street near vicinity of Bukit Bintang populous tourist district. You can get lost without a map as it is situated in one of a back alley street. It is a quiet haven with cheap food available and walking distance (about 10-20 minutes - depending on your speed and familiarity of the area) to main populous area (Paviliion, Sungei Wong, Lot 10 or the LRT). Stayed there for 4 nights with minimal difficulties or "complains". Service staff is friendly and approachable. The room I stayed was cosy and just nice for one or two people. Basic needs are available inside the room (Kettle, shower gel/shampoo, slippers, tea and coffee sachet etc). The bed is comfortable and cosy and the toilet is well somewhat spacious. Perhaps they should put a bathtub there. That is how spacious it is. Something to improve are - Wifi (as usual for me) & the key & card for the room is only 1 and they do not have an extra other than a master key. Manager should look into that. Also the card to access the main gate to enter into the compound did not work and the service staff did not know how to activate it. Manager should teach and guide the staff as it is a hassle everytime to exit and enter the compound, needing to press the doorbell for the staff to open the gate for you especially if it is at night. It could disturb the other guests. Overall, a good value and affordable stay and will come again after trying out other hotels.

Really nice room, not so happy ending...
The room is really nice very well decorated. Could do with a bit of a dust few cob webs around and marks on the wall in the bathroom however over all clean. The bed and sheets very clean and comfortable. Plus you get a desk and counter top. Wifi was good and worked the whole time with no problems. The back however goes onto a road which intern warehouses back onto so was a bit noisy however I just put ear plugs in at night. Really good location road next to the hawker street and few bars and restaurants to the left at the end of the road. walking distance to main road in bukit bintang and monorail. The annoyance we had with the staff was when we were leaving. We asked them to book a taxi for us so we could catch our bus to Penang as we weren't really sure where the bus stations was. We waited 40 minutes for this taxi to arrive at this point we became annoyed as they weren't bothered at all that we might miss our bus. We had to ask them twice to check where the taxi is and I don't think they actually ever spoke to anyone when they rung the taxi. They ended up saying that the taxi driver wasn't coming and we should go out onto the road and find a taxi. This was all very frustrating and we nearly missed the bus! The guy on the front desk needs more training in customer service.
