Best location and super clean! Comfortable and friendly with cute home style elevator. Everything must visit in malacca is in walking distance. Each room is decorated thoughtfully. Will be surely stay here again when I visit Malacca.

Service is great, room clean and provided coffee. Also provide foc breakfast which was told when check in. Location really near Jonker Market. Down point is gonna park a bit far at parking area due road close for the market. But overall really recommended this hotel. 😊

The hotel wasn't big but it was quite lovely. Location was great, near Jonker Street. There's a unique lift for max 2 adults. The room layout was great & the facilities were decent, they also provided iron & the ironing board inside the room. Breakfast was made by order & it tasted great. Had a very pleasant stay here.

The check in and check out process was very smooth. The room and the bath room was clean. The location is superb, right in the middle of Jonker. The staff was very helpful. The elevator experience is fun.

The room is not soundproof, on the side of the road so noisy motor noise, people talk outside the door of the room just heard. The towels were hit by honey and asked for compensation and paid for the towels. the elevator is not feasible. freight elevator used by humans. inhuman. really bad experience.

Fun, the hotel design supports and complements the holiday at Melaka Heritage Area. The staff are quite friendly and helpful to guests. The hotel area is very close to Jonker street and market street weekends, as well as other visiting areas. The rooms and other hotel rooms are quite clean. But the less pleasant thing is breakfast. Only given a choice of about 6 breakfast, tea and coffee menus. Guests with children must pay an additional RM 18 / menu.

Their beautifully designed themed rooms was one of the reasons why I chose to stay. I got the Dutch-inspired Kapit room, which was cheery and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the central location just off Jonker Street. The breakfast was nice - you get a pre-ordered meal rather than a buffet, but it was filling enough.
