Even before check-in, the staff contacted us and provided check-in instructions. The apartment tower is quite busy with many guests, so be sure to stay in touch with the staff via WhatsApp. The view from this unit is fantastic. From the window, you can see the Skyscrapers and the Petronas Towers. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Petronas and the Bukit Nanas LRT station. A minimarket and cafe are located at the base of the tower. Check-out is at 12 noon, and the staff can assist with luggage storage.
A refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and tableware are also available. Indonesian guests are advised to bring a universal adapter, as the power outlet is 3-pin.
Suggestion: It would be even more impressive if complimentary water was provided upon check-in.

And Monorail Station nearby as well.
Note for improvement from us is just that it would be better if the BlackNest Team contacted us before our arrival time for smoother check in process. We had to call them first when we arrived. It would be better if we got WhatsApp first. But nonetheless all went okay. We will be back!

I stayed at this apartment for a day and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating—I arrived an hour before the official check-in time (which was 3 PM), and they kindly let me into the room early while promptly starting the cleaning process.
The room was clean and offered an amazing view, which was definitely a highlight. However, there were a few minor issues. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a bath, which was a bit inconvenient. The AC wasn’t very cold, but still manageable. Also, one of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC, only a fan—so while it wasn’t hot, it didn’t feel quite as comfortable.
The pillow was slightly uncomfortable for me, and the bath towel wasn’t very absorbent, which could be improved.
Overall, it was a decent stay with helpful staff and a great view. With a few small upgrades, it could be even better.
