Best Western Plus Metepec & Suites

Was really happy with the quality of the room and hotel for the price. Staff was always present and dinning staff were always fast to come see you with fresh fruit and coffee when you sit down . Noise does travel easy through the hallways so if guests are loud returning to their rooms you hear it. Would like to see face cloths in the rooms and better shower heads that don’t spray in different directions. Maybe 2-3 English Channel options

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue bastante mala. Aunque el staff fue muy amable, la propiedad fue simplemente terrible. El wifi no funcionaba y no tuvimos agua caliente (lo mínimo que esperaría de un hotel!). Ni siquiera nos pudimos bañar! El hotel tiene unas luces al exterior (roja y azules que parpadean y que parecen de patrulla de policía) y las luces parpadeantes se filtran al cuarto y nos fue imposible dormir! Pedimos que las apagaran y nos dijeron que no era posible. Además, la cama fue sumamente incómoda y rechinaba con el más mínimo movimiento.

Hotel is right next a busy road and the the single-pane windows do not help reducing the noise. Bed seemed old and not very comfortable, there were 5 pillows to choose from but all very thick and we prefer low pillows. We changed the room as neighbors were rude and noisy and the friendly staff tried hard to accommodate us in a room away, which was still noisy by the road traffic. Earplugs are a must in this hotel. We would not come back to this location.

Aléjate de este lugar, están coludidos con extorsionadores: yo resido en el extranjero al hacer mi check in mostré mi licencia de manejo de dónde resido y mi teléfono del mismo país, al ir al cuarto no había agua en el sanitario por lo cual le hice saber a recepción a una tal monse( así le dijo una compañera) le dije que me arreglara el agua o me cambiara de habitación en esta habitación podía ver la calle entonces inmediatamente me dijo los cambio de habitación en una actitud sospechosa. Nos cambió a una habitación que da a otras habitaciones. Estábamos muy cansados por lo cual nos dormimos, al rededor de las 11:00 pm me llamaron insistentemente por whats up pero la verdad estaba casi dormido y por error contesté, era una voz de mujer que hablaba de recepción y empezó a decir que estaba la policía en el hotel que hubo un rapto de una niña en otro estado y que el automóvil del crimen estaba estacionado en las instalaciones del hotel, yo creí esa versión por qué NADIE SABÍA QUE YO ESTARÍA HOSPEDADO EN ESO HOTEL NI SIQUIERA MI FAMILA( GRAVE ERROR) al instante me pasa a un hombre supuesto comandante de la policía me pide que cambie a video llamada al hacerlo mi sangre se congeló al ver las siglas de un grupo me contó de casi la misma versión solo que los secuestradores eran de un grupo antagónico por lo cual iban a revisar el hotel habitación por habitación, es muy larga la historia mi pesadilla y la de mi familia duró casi 9 horas solo ALÉJENSE DE ESTE LUGAR.

Good Hotel, stayed for 1 night for business. Clean and good service. For sleep over was perfect.

Rude front desk person. There is a red/blue light outside of the hotel that reflected in my room all night long...I could not sleep the whole night.

This property did NOT have an elevator and we were on the third floor. Very inconvenient and I’m sure that’s not even legal. The shower and toilet were also INSIDE the guest room. It was not a separate room and there was NO privacy.

Since day one ..no hot water...was asked to front desk but nothing ..second day no water..no shower not even to brush ur ..teeth...

Only thing was wifi signal to poor. But ok to spend the night on business trip.

The only thing that was poor was the WiFi reception. I was on the second floor and had some trouble to work in there because of it.

I selected this hotel because it had work stations with internet. When I got to the hotel they told me they didn’t have any. I tried using the WiFi but it was too slow in the room that i had. So I wasn’t able to work.

I spent a whole week there, the staff and the hotel were great but not excellent. Wifi doesnt work on third floor and it barely works on their restaurant. There is no freaking elevator so if you come back late while drunk or with a lot of heavy stuff be aware, no elevator
