The room was clean and stocked with fresh linens each day. Mini fridge in the room. Hot water to shower. Location was fantastic. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Five short blocks from the ocean. I'd stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know. There was fresh brewed coffee every morning. A shared kitchen stocked with spices and everything I could need to cook. They also provide drinking water.

The house has a pleasant atmosphere, a large and comfortable bedroom, good outdoor spaces with a small pool and hammock. The room is cleaned daily. It is well located, a 7-minute walk from the central square and the ferry terminal. There are restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby.

My third stay and another excellent one! After a long day's activities it is nice to return to a comfortable room in a quiet hotel. This time I stayed in a room with a stovetop. A huge plus as I cooked my own meals inside my room! Hotel location is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores and walking to town plaza takes about 15 minutes. The hotel management and staff never disappoint. I always consider Caribo Cozumel before looking at other accommodations on the island.

It is a very nice hotel, and because its a boutique it is different than a standard hotel. First I had a kitchen in my room. There was also a larger kitchen downstairs that we can use. And there is fresh coffee every morning for free, which is a nice plus. Even better was the staff, which are the owner Cindy, and admin Cecilia and Jorge. They are so nice and extremely helpful. I had a medical issue and they made phone calls and found me the best place to go for treatment. Also great about providing info on things to do and even arranged a good boat snorkeling trip for me.
The location is great as well, very near numerous restaurants and lots of shopping, and close to the beach & ferry.
