The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Entrances to the apartments are accessible by climbing 33-69 steps (number varies with apartment type).
