This was a great location if you're visiting, walkable (~15min) to Museo de Arte Moderno, and close to Chapultepec Park in general. On top of a yummy breakfast place and highly rated Hookahs Cave. Walkable to transit. There are tons of casual dining options if you go east. I loved that there was a kitchenette, the sink also had a filtered water nozzle so you didn't have buy any. Loved the outdoor patio seating area.
I stayed in room Monarca with a private bathroom, which I prefer, just pay attention to this when you're booking. The rooms also vary so you can't fully pick one (unless try to request), mine was quite small just fitting the bed with some walking room, but worked as a solo traveler. One negative, as I was on the floor with the kitchen, is it could get quite loud from the housekeepers cleaning at 8-9am, if you're not an early riser.

the house was well equipped for a short stay and it was convenient that it had a kitchen. The materials used in renovating this house are worse for wear, despite good maintenance. The bed was comfy and the room adequately sized. The location is really good to access the metro and walk to attractions in the city

The mattress was the lumpiest I’ve ever experienced. My room wasn’t cleaned at all. The hotel wanted to charge $200 for bag storage when I arrived before check in. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Todo muy bien, el lugar es muy céntrico, el staff muy amable.
Yo me hospedé en una habitación individual tipo loft con balcón (súper mini por cierto).
Tienen bastante área de oportunidad en los colchones, están hundidos y viejos.
La temperatura del agua no se puede regular, seguramente tienen problemas con los boilers, todo lo demás ok…
Me volvería a hospedar ahí por practicidad.

The room was pretty basic and very small. There was no space to open a suitcase. The toilet is separated by a piece CLEAR glass, which is really awkward. The worst thing is that there was literally no sound proof. I could hear everything from the next room (shower, talking, hairdryer) as well as music and chatting in the lobby.

The room was clean but it was so small it made it quite claustrophobic for 5 nights. Also the room was a bit rough with missing paint etc. There are other bigger rooms available. We expected a bit more space / better quality for the money we paid, so would recommend guests check what room you are booking before booking. Otherwise, hotel was fine. Lovely patio with kitchen and eating area. Staff were kind. Neighbourhood was very safe and pretty. Our room wasn't cleaned at all whilst we were there, nor our bins emptied which was disappointing. I think this should be done automatically not only upon request.

Unique property. Room was small which was good for a solo traveller. One complaint was the shower which it is near impossible to adjust temperature as its either boiling hot or cold... There's no warm adjustment. Probably because the building, piping is super old and long... Beside that, need to take stairs to either 2md or 3rd floor.

no puedes dormir por el ruido que hacen los de otras habitaciones al llegar, lacama es incomoda y si te mueves igual hace mucho ruido. Una persona llego tarde y no tenia los paswords correctos y toco en el vidrio durante varios minutos constantemente y tambien en la puerta nadie respondia a esto no hay vigilante o alguien atento en la noche le escribi via whatsapp a la persona que estaria de guardia y contesto hasta la mañana siguiente.
