Best location. Very clean. A lot of services around: clothes washing, I had a repair made to my clothes - the tailor is at 1 min walk. Also the breakfast is included ( continental buffet) - but if you ask they will gave you bacon and eggs free of charge. There are 2 hotels of the same family in the building. So you have ftee access to the pool of rhe other hotel. Villahermosa is very hot so ...

Great location

Centrally located in the DT area and within walking distance to a local market and many shops. Property was clean, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet that was included in the room rate. The restaurant was also open for lunch and dinner. Security guard was stationed at the front door, current local city unrest but we felt very safe during our stay.

Nice comfortable spacious room. breakfast was excellent and staff were attentive. English is hardly spoken but with translating apps this is less of a barrier.

Most of the front desk staff do not have english so you must be prepared to communicate in spanish

The staff could have been friendlier when i first checked in. They acted like i was unwelcome.

Nice hotel in downtown that is not that nice… The room very nice but the shower does not have a gasket and every time when using it the water leaked out all over the floor.

Centrally located hotel with lots of food, grocery, and shopping options within walking distance. Hotel was clean. Ventilation was a bit noisy, but room was comfortable.

They charged me for the free breakfast and they didn’t have me the correct room at the beginning, I had to reception and request for the ratification of the room and show them the one y booked until then they switched me

The breakfast pictures show a nice buffet breakfast but that is not included. What you get in Gamma is coffee, muffin/cake and a plate of fruit. No cleaning service first day not sure if that is the way it is or forgot. Room card locks after 11pm and you have to reactivate it at reception, this wasn't a problem but would have been nice if they told us to not have to go back to reception. When asked they said it was because I had the card close to my cell phone but not true because my room card was always with my phone and during the day it never deactivated. Location is great you are in walking distance to everything and 10 mintues to the market that has great food options.

El clima no funciona bien y dormi con mucho calor

La habitación es amplia, cómoda. limpia, la atención por parte del personal es excelente. Y a pesar de que estaba sumamente concurrido el restaurant no te desantienden en ningún momento, el desayuno estuvo muy rico. Fue una grata experiencia, lo recomiendo!!

Es un hotel muy básico esta muy sencillo para descansa una noche tal vez está bien para una estancia más larga hay mejores opciones con el mismo precio de este hotel
