Clean. Comfortable

Pretty nice hotel. Has a full kitchen, nice clean rooms and quiet. Several choices to stay. Like hostel rooms. But i choose my private bathroom. I recommend for family or solo travels.

Everything was up to expectation and beyond.

Clean, basic and comfy room, great for exploring the town. Around the corner there is s great restaurant called Oasis Familiar, great food at an affordable price.

Great place, walkable distance to the old town.

15 min walk from ADO bus station. Clean and very quiet. Grocery stores nearby. Bed was very comfortable.

It was a nice place to stay. The place was very clean and the room was spacious. The only drawback is that it is about a 10 min walk to the center of town and about a 20 min. walk to the bus stations.

Limpieza y rapidez en el Check In. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera mínimo una botella de agua y con eso la daría las ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Gracias. Nos vemos pronto.

Unfortunately none of the staff speaks english not even a little to cover up their job. I am 5'2" and the bathroom sink is hard to reach, countertop too wide with the corner right in your stomach and can't move away since the door is there with the door handle in the way. I haven't figure out where the noise was coming from but there was some lound noise up until late at night. Kinda of a generator noise. The kitchenette is definitely a pro. I asked to be on 2nd floor in my booking and they did but the light above the door in the hallway was out.

Nice, modern hotel and hostel. Very clean and generally quiet. Beds were comfortable and there's a nice open area in the back to sit and eat. Air conditioning was fantastic. Four blocks from Cenote Zaci. My biggest gripe was no hot water at any time. The microwave in our room had a broken turntable so it didn't cook evenly. Off street parking, but only four spaces.

Very close to everything needed.

If you are backpacking and need a hotel close to downtown, this hotel can be a cheaper option, but you need to walk a little bit. A

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in un appartamento ed è stato una piacevole sorpresa. È molto pulito e il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento è abbastanza grande e si trova in un ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dalla cattedrale e dal cenote Zaci e a 20 min dal convento di San Bernardino. Avremo avuto anche piacere di rimanere una notte in più. Se torniamo a Valladolid torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.
