Very nice hotel. We stayed in the Penthouse and it was really nice. One thing I would suggest is to have drawers to put clothes in. The only drawers available were 2 small ones on the nightstands. Increased water pressure in the shower is also necessary.

I selected this hotel because they are pet friendly, O have been staying at this hotel a few times. But in this ocassion I had an issue, I was going for a walk with my dog and the front desk lady stop me, and yield at me, she was at the front desk and I was at the elevator, she mention that she did not notice that I had a pet and there is a fee, I was a bit confused because on any of the last occasions I was charged, she make it seem that I hide my pet. I walked straight to the elevator with my dog. And It was an issue with a door at the suite, and someone from Maintenance went and fix it, and they saw my dog,

Don’t be mislead by the ratings. You need to ask them for cleaning and setting up the room. Even after all they didn’t replace the sheets and had to ask twice. The sheet were stained as the hotel has outside laundry service. The pool is above ground and the stairs leading to the pool are very unsafe and uneven. Most of all there’s no railing and very hazardous. The ground is paved with slippery tiles that is very dangerous when wet.

The property is very clean, the room also very clean and comfortable. It would be very nice if they provide dish detergent and paper towels in the kitchen area, we went to buy those things. Customer service is also good but we did not get any upgrades for being Expedia VIP customers.
