We had the most amazing stay and experience at this beautiful luxury boutique hotel. The rooms were exceptionally beautiful and clean. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We particularly loved Louis in the restaurant. He is so charming and personable and made our stay just that much better thank you all of you.♥️

Property and room are clean. Front office and restaurant staff are friendly. Stayed 7 nights, the staff made us feel welcomed. Girlfriend experienced slight dehydration creating stomach issues for 2 days, restaurant made sure they prepared special food for her without me asking.

From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, you feel truly welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone you encounter is warm and genuine. The design of the room feels perfectly thought out, with every detail aimed at creating the ultimate atmosphere for relaxation.
The restaurant alone deserves five stars across the board. Every dish I tried was exceptional, so much so that I honestly can’t choose a favorite. Everything was unique, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was nice! I didn't get to use the pool or lounge on the rooftop but both seemed very peaceful. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs, and the restaurant was good too! It's in a quiet pocket of Huatulco but I liked that you could call a taxi and get anywhere pretty quickly. The front desk helps with booking tours to see attractions while you're there. I'd recommend this hotel and stay here again next time I'm in Huatulco.

The hotel is very nice and I enjoyed most of the stay. The restaurant servers were very nice and helpful.
Honestly, I was disappointed that they didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. I had to go to the restaurant to buy one and no refills. I understand is a way to make money but it was an inconvenience since I would have loved to make my coffee and enjoy it on the balcony. I asked about it and I was told that only higher up rooms have one and I got the standard room (almost $1K for 4 nights)
Expedia did not have that option.

Property is very nice. Small boutique hotel with upscale restaurant. It is isolated so if you like more choices in dining and nightlife choose a different location. Looking for a laid back vacation this is it. The only thing that might keep you up is the chickens and dogs.

Hotel staff were great Melina and Rey in particular. Restaurant is overrated and overpriced and service is very slow. Dogs and chickens are noisy all night. It's too far from town (about 25 km) The area is not busy and very safe, if you want to be away from the tourist crowd this is a good area.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beautiful Bocana beach. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the sunrise from the 3rd floor lounge area was beautiful.
Nice to have a good restaurant in the hotel as well as some other local restaurants nearby. Servers could stand to be more attentive though. Food was fairly good, but not always consistent.
No pool service was offered for food or beverage and you weren't supposed to bring your own. Pool was a bit cold, but okay. There weren't many chairs or umbrellas though and a few pool float rests would be a nice addition.
The most difficult part of the stay is the noise from the birds and dogs which wakes you several times at night. They may supply earplugs, but you have to ask for them. They also don't restock the coffee pods in the room automatically.
