Hotel con Corazón Oaxaca

Loved this spot. We stayed in a large king on the first floor with an adorable patio with chairs and a hammock. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing! And the staff were wonderful. What a find!

Yummy breakfast! The staff always helpful and close to the city center. You can walk or take a taxi. :) This is my second time staying with at this hotel.

Muy buena opción en Oaxaca. El hotel no está en el centro, punto a tomar a consideración. El sitio es tranquilo y conocimos 2 muy buenos restaurantes en los alredores que no hubiésemos conocido si no nos hubiésemos hospedado ahí. Uno se llama Xaok. Full recomendado. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Los desayunos estaban ricos y bien healthy. Súper que tenían garrafones de agua en diferentes puntos del hotel. Si a futuro hacen un mini jacuzi en la terraza outdoors arriba creo que la romperían.

Wonderful stay! Staff are all so lovely and kind. Breakfasts were amazing, great coffee. Wifi was fast (I did some laptop work and needed a good connection). Comfy bed, lots of pillows, great duvet, heat available in the room (necessary at night in January). Clean, nice furniture, space to put our clothing and luggage. Fresh drinking water available on each floor. Spacious bathroom, we loved the big opening with natural light. The hotel is really beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace too. Super walkable and basically in the center. 10 mins walking to the Zocalo, lots of restaurants within walking distance, cafes, shopping.. on the map it looks a little out of the way but it's not at all. Very quiet hotel too, no loud bars or anything nearby, we slept so well! Also love that it's a social enterprise and they give back to the local community. Gracias por todo!! We would definitely return again.

Charming little hotel with unique and tasty breakfast. Airy layout with various places to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Honor bar in dining area and lovely fixtures throughout. Good location - walking distance to everything

A very cool place. Love the interior courtyard vibe, plus a fresh breakfast. Beds are really firm. Showers are big. As with every place in Oaxaca, you’ll probably want to have earplugs or a white noise maker.

Great stay at a nice hotel with a purpose. The location is convenient - it is about a 15 minute walk to the main parts of the city. The rooms and main areas are clean and the staff are nice and helpful. There is a lovely breakfast in the morning. It can be a bit loud at night because of the surrounding area and the you can hear the bathroom next to you, but the hotel provides ear plugs. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was located about 13 minutes walk from the city center, so if you want to be close, this hotel might not work for you. It's situated on a busy road with lots of noise, so the hotel provides you with ear plugs. Our room did not have hot water for the duration of our trip, which made showering unpleasant. The hotel does provide ample drinking water for guests as well as beers, wine, soda, and mezcal that can be charged to the room. It is important to note that the hotel donates 75% of its proceeds to local education, a noble endeavor.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast is included. Very nice presentation of the food. Very nice staff. They are always willing to help. Very safe. Their project have a tremendous impact on vulnerable communities.

We loved our stay, from location, activities, friendly staff and delicious breakfast, it was perfect for us.

The hotel itself is fantastic. Room is spacious and clean, staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is amazing. Location is also very good, just a short walk to center of town. Overall we loved the hotel. The only downside, and frankly this is not something the hotel can do, is that there can be loud thumping music (we were in town during low season) or barking dogs at night around the area where the hotel is. If you’re not as sensitive to noise or a sound sleeper then this probably won’t be an issue.

Food & drink offerings are great!

We spent a week here and loved the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also took some of the cooking classes which were excellent. It's an easy walk to the main plazas and there are a number of excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's a little oasis of quiet and comfort in a vibrant and fascinating city. The self-service honor bar is also a really nice amenity and the breakfasts were wonderful.
