Buen servicio y muy atentos

The staff member who checked us in was ill-mannered and cold. The room was in desperate need of cleaning and the street noise was unbearable. We checked out a day early.

The Hotel sits in the center of the main part of Creel and is a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk or short taxi ride to the El Chepe train station. Our only complaint were the very firm beds that made sleeping difficult.

El staff que vimos nada amable. Todo muy basico. Pregunte por transporte a la estancia de tren a menos de 3 minutos de distancia y me querian cobrar $200 pesos muy abusivo. Hay ruido 20 horas al dia. Logras dormír unas cuantas horas.

Excelente el lugar, muy bonito, limpio, muy agusto!! No necesitas mas!! Por supuesto que volveria!!

En las fotos aparece que tienen cocinera y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que esa foto era muy vieja y no contaban con cocinera. Bastante decepcionados esperábamos cancelar la reservación pero la Srita. nos cambió a una habitación más grande y cómoda. No fue la solución que esperábamos pero se agradece. Solo por eso no le doy un completo malo. Necesitan corregir esas fotos.

At check in, hotel was over booked so we were moved to their other property Los Valles Plus. It's new, our room was very big, bed and blankets were comfortable. Blanca was super nice, pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay there again.

Hotel bien Ubicado cerca de la estación del tren, la habitación muy limpia y cálida aparte cuenta con calentador, las camas muy cómodas

If you are planning to experience downtown its excellent! Just a little noisy. The door frame and door need a door seal the outside cold air kept coming inside. I had to seal it myself with grey tape. Everything else was excellent!!

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, estuvimos por una noche y fue justo lo necesario solo para descansar después de un largo día de paseo

We had our reservations with ample timing but little did we know how this experience would turn south on us in a short time. For starters , the reservation was NOT honored. Immediately after we arrived, the saga began. They claimed the hotel had NO rooms available and they had one room prepared for us , only it wasn’t even in the confines of the same hotel. We argued about our reservation, but that too, went unanswered. Shortly after the horrific experience, they took us to a hotel adjacent to their hotel, claiming it was family related. Let me tell you this room, lacked everything a room is supposed to be equipped with, no soap, no toilet paper, no bath towels, no real service to speak of. Well because we were in a remote area and unable to find suitable rooms , we had no choice but to accept their conditions and suffer the consequences. This is probably the reason they insisted on return of deposit. Even the fact that they came well recommended, did no effect. Please note that IF you read up in their history, you will come to discover, that this is a practice they are too well known for….. this a type of consumer beware !!!!! False advertisement do your family a favor, avoid them!!!

In a busy area, but clean, modern, and very functional. Easy access to restaurants, shops, tour operators, the plaza, and the train station.

Nice hotel room, walkable distance from restaurants/shops/convenient stores. Clean and friendly staff. Do not book if you are looking for a quiet place.

Good central place to stay.

Small room but it was what I needed I really like everything in the room very updated!
