They were doing renovation on the Restaurant. The noise went on till 11pm every night. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, it was not their fault.

The pictures on the website are either photo shopped or so old that we couldn't even recognize it when we pulled up. The room smelled of urine, was very out dated, half the curtains were missing and the beds were as hard as a sidewalk block. The door to the room could have been broken into at anytime and most of the hotel was closed for renovations. Their great pool was full of bird feces, feathers, bugs, garbage and was a funny yellow color and not even operating when we arrived. They did turn things on the next day but the pool water was in the same condition. We were banded with a bracelet when we arrived and still don't know what that gave us. The ad said breakfast was included and that wasn't correct either. Very noisy and we felt very unsafe. The only good points were the gentleman who brought our luggage to the room and the waiter/cook from the restaurant.

Pésimo, reservé una habitación “cuádruple” y al llegar me dijeron que en la reserva solo decía para 2 adultos, pagué 200MXN por los otros 2. Hasta ahí no había ido tan mal, ya que lo entendí. El cuarto olía súper mal, cama muy dura, el baño y la regadera descuidados. Deberían darle mantenimiento. No había rollo. No había TV por cable, llamé a recepción al rededor de 3 veces para solicitar la clave de internet y nunca respondieron. No vuelvo.

Les falta renovar sus habitaciones, todo es muy antiguo y no trapean bien debajo de las camas, también la alberca estaba un poco sucia, solo le falta un poco más de mantenimiento pero de ahí en fuera todo bien

-Las condiciones del hotel van de acuerdo al costo.
-El problema no es que el hotel sea viejo sino que cosas como el hecho de que no haya agua caliente en las duchas o que no funcione adecuadamente el sistema d cable de la TV generan incomodidad en la visita.
-Adicional, en la pagina agregan que la estadía incluye desayuno y al hacer check-in nos comentaron que no incluye desayuno. Tampoco es un gran problema pero seria bueno mejorar la comunicacion entre la pagina y el hotel, par saber exactamente que es lo que uno se espera al llegar.
