Hotel Misión Torreón

Este hotel ya debería estar cerrado para ser remodelado. Es un fraude para el huésped pues sus imágenes muestran limpieza y habitaciones en buenas condiciones lo cual no es cierto, ni siquiera en el área ejecutiva..el primer piso esta prácticamente abandonado, las alfombras parece que no les ha pasado una aspiradora en años, no habia papel de baño,mucho menos botellas de agua, sábanas y cortinas arrugadas , cojines sucios, toallas super viejas, nejas y deshilachadas, y se respira polvo, y aun asi se atreven a asignarte habitación en esa área. Tras reclamar me pasaron al área ejecutiva, la habitación mejoró en limpieza y afortunadamente ya no habia alfombra pero aun asi el piso en área común se veia muy socio. De nueva cuenta sábanas arrugadas , no olían limpio, toallas vieja, lámpara de escritorio rota y sin silla, tampoco habia botellas de agua y tuve que pedir rollo de papel para baño porque tampoco había. En fin , una pesadilla, lamentablemente llegué muy noche a hacer el check in y a esa hora ya era complicado salirme con mi niña pequeña a buscar otra opción de hotel en la ciudad.

Not like the pictures. Dirty sheets and old dirty towels. Hairs in the bed and the room wasn’t clean.

The room was 70 percent good but the air conditioning was not so good and the towels are really really bad also the sheets and the pillows are old and They look very worn, completely old and frayed. I don’t know why they say that is a 4.5 star hotel I think it’s 2 or 3 stars just all the staff are very good nothing that they can do

The bed was dirty and we asked for it to be changed. We have stayed here for years and the hotel is being neglected. Curtains, bedding, and carpets are disgusting. It used to be a nice hotel.

Muy viejos los cuartos urge remodelacion

The hotel is great, but they could improve or replace the old shower head for a better water flow.

I have so many bad things to say; 1. They had to change my room card 4 times. 2. The room carpet its disgusting! 3. The pillows are soooo nasty, dirty and very old. 4. The windows and curtains are extremely dirty, 5. The shower drainer was always clogged as so the bathroom sink. 6. The toilet was leaking. 7. The towels were soooo old! 8. The AC wasn't working property. 9. No plastic cups to wash your teeth. We stayed one week and we will not be coming back.

It was very clean nobody bothers you

We stayed for 5 days and we didn’t have any hot water at all. The entrance key deactivated 2 days during our 5 days stay. Although we reported the issue, personnel didn’t seem to care .

Breakfast is very limited. Shower was low pressure and took awhile for the hot water to get hot.

It was an ok stay. Staff friendly. The only thing was that the parking didn’t feel as safe.
