A little tricky to find but great location when you park your car

Parking included hot water clean showers

Central but quiet,pleasant staff, nice pool

All was fine except the a/c wasn’t working properly….just seemed to be blowing warm air - i mentioned to front desk but no difference

Spacious room and pleasant staff. No breakfast on site but two good cafes close by.

Staff was great and helpful. Location of hotel was near restaurants and shopping. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. Will absolutely book this hotel again soon.

Hotel is pretty central, friendly helpful staff.

The hotel itself is perfectly fine. We were well attended to, the only improvement would be more furniture as the room was like an empty space with just two beds. Two straight back chairs on the balcony. A small desk, no closet to speak of and no drawers at all. The location is great as it's near everything. However, it is very noisy throughout the night due to barking dogs! But with a pair of ear plugs, this was a good stay. Good security, with a gate locked at 11pm. Buzzer rarely needed, as the desk people were vigilant of our arrival.

Away from the most touristy part of town..no elevator or breakfast

AC didn't work in my room. Staff was told but it wasn't fixed.

The only thing good, is that the hotel is located in a good spot. Parking sucked, we ended up parking blocks away from the location. We did not have a blanket, we asked and they said they had none. We had only 2 pillows. The room was so basic nothing on the walls. It looks nothing like the photo shown here. It was white walls on a concrete - not kidding - bed with a simple mattress on it. Would not stay here again.

We are a family of five with kids age 9 to 15. We were able to book a room with one queen and two full beds (their description says twin I think). With three kids, it was essential to have a room like this and the size of the room and the number of beds made this stay more comfortable. The hotel is two blocks from the main strip (5th Ave.) which was close enough but far enough to be quiet. Staff were friendly and helpul. The room had a/c and a fan which was nice but the cool air didn't seem to reach a section of the room in the "L" shape and our girls said it was too warm on their side while I was cold under the a/c. Other than a free floating table under the tv, the room is pretty spare. A desk and chair or a table with two chairs is really needed when you have this many people in one room. Aside from one towel rack in the shower, there was no place to hang bath and beach towels and bathing suits - this is a beach town! There is plenty of room for additional furniture. WiFi is available and worked ok but slow. Pool is small as they all are but great for kids to cool off in and it was right outside our room so could keep an eye on the youngest. No breakfast included. Parking is usually available. We're close to the Walmart! No refrigerator (but that seems pretty standard - it would be nice).

The hotel it self was good. It didnt have a fridge which was a bummer and there was a dog that kept us up all night that lived right behind the hotel, so we had to switch hotels.

The pool is tiny, the beds uncomfortable and the staff is rude. Our sheets were never changed and the trash was not emptied despite them "cleaning" every day.

The location was much better than the 5th ave hotels I've been to because it takes you slightly away from the chaos of 5th ave and puts you closer to great restaurants, the city square, and a Walmart. The lack of wifi for my week trip has more or less cemented the three star review. While the router can connect the internet itself was unavailable. The restaurants around the hotel connect fine so this definitely seems like something they need to work out with their ISP. The beds are pretty stiff which would be OK if they didn't also have plastic bed covers making them a bit too uncomfortable.

Close to the beach (only a few blocks away walking). Close to restaurants.
