Tuve una mala experiencia con el encargado del turno nocturno, le solicitamos toallas por que nos hizo falta una para la cantidad de personas que eramos (la cual pagamos el extra) y nos dijo que no podia darnoslo, que teniamos que haberlo revisado cuando hicimos el check in. Fue una hora y media hablando con el recepcionista hasta que por fin nos pudo dar lo que le pedimos Pesima experiencia, lastima de lugar

I reserved a room and when I arrived they said the room was not available and the one that I wanted was going to be more expensive. I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve been renting places in TJ for 8 years now. Also, they make you go off the property to smoke, they have a giant open courtyard but you’re still forced to exit the property for your light up. They have memory foam pillows and mattresses as their only saving grace.

The place is very clean, everything is brand new, and very confortable. The only but to my stay was that there's no elevator. We had several heavy bags and it was a grueling task to take them 3 flights of stairs. Secured parking and close to downtown.
