There were some safety concerns in the area during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure. They were attentive, communicative, and genuinely cared about my well-being, which meant a lot—especially as a traveler navigating an unfamiliar situation. What I’ve always appreciated about this hotel is its location in historic downtown Guadalajara. It’s beautiful, walkable, and full of culture, and the hotel itself reflects that charm. The staff has consistently been warm and helpful, and this visit showed me they’re not just hospitable—they’re also protective and thoughtful when it really matters. Even though it was a short stay, it left a strong impression. I felt taken care of, respected, and safe. That kind of experience is something I won’t forget, and it’s exactly why I would continue to return.

Pool gross the only reason I got this room the room was clean I guess but had no towels for me to use. When i brought this to the front desk attention they did not offer a refund or anything to make my stay better. I staff was ok and the location good

Es un muy buen hotel, me gustó mucho. Los empleados y los gerentes fueron estupendos y brindaron un excelente servicio. Lo único negativo es que el agua tenía un olor fuerte a hierro, lo que hacía un poco incómodo bañarse. También sería excelente si contara con un bar.
