La Diosa Kali Beach Front Hotel

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SERVICE. DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BEACH. NICE LOCATION AND GREAT STAFF.

Rooms are listed as "beachside" but like everything along the main Holbox beach, units are back behind the beach and road. Room was small, simple, and not much too it. The TV didn't work (was out and about all day anyway) and not a lot else to say, but for the rate we had on our last night, it was just fine.

Very clean basic room in excellent location, very walkable to restaurants, shops. Beach is directly across hotel with many bars and beach clubs available. Hotel has tranquil outdoor lounge area and restaurant (open to 1pm). Great staff!

The hotel location is excellent- walkable to centre, pier and near Holbox letters. Stunning beach is directly across the street (1 minute walk) and sunsets are spectacular. Staff is excellent. Great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice to start the day (full breakfast available). Rooms are basic but very clean and bed is comfortable. Could hear faint music from neighbouring bar at night but it did not bother us. Would return.

Excellent location! Most very walkable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable and shower was nice. One problem though, the music at night was very loud and went on until well after 3am. Bring you headband headphones to drown it out.

Unfortunately it wasn’t great because the bar next door played music intil 6:30am. Imposible to sleep. The bar is open 7 days a week so its a great place to stay id you want to party. The resort and staff are amazing.

The neighbor bar was up and playing LOUD music til 4 am. Both nights. It was very annoying and difficult to fall asleep

Excellent location, very nice and friendly staff, only problem is a bar beside that have music super loud at nigh, other than that is 100% recomendable

I've stayed at this hotel before and the location can't be beat. There is a loud beach bar fairly close, but the hotel provides earplugs!

The premises are good, the staff is great the only downside is that there is a bar nearby and the music is very loud

This is really not a "beachfront" hotel as there are structures between itband the beach. Only a partial ocean view from 2nd floor. No electricity in the morning so we were bot able to shower and no AC or fans. Not good! Even worse, hotel would not make any accommodation for the problems or even provide a partial refund. Horrible customer service.

If you’re looking for a place where you can get easy access to everything this is the place you need to stay. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and food and snacks at the plaza.

La Diosa kali is absolutely amazing. Location is 10/10 Rooms were spotless Noise at night wasn’t bad at all considering location The on-site restaurant was also amazing Oscar at the front desk was, well from choosing our room to being a personal tour guide to recommending restaurants and excursions and getting us taxis, the excellent service just didn’t stop. He came to the restaurant to get us after we had already checked out because he knew what ferry we had to catch for our transfer, and had a taxi waiting for us. No frills rooms, what you see is what you get, but they are very clean. We stayed at 5 star resorts on this same trip and the service here exceeded all.

A very nice place. Simple and basic, but sincere. The staff and gracious, solicitious and seem sincerely dedicated both to their island to their guests. The internal pathways could use some improvement. They can be iffy at night.
