I have a few things to say: the restaurant next to the pool was never opened in the evening. And on the day we did go in the day; it was closed. I called the front desk with my cell phone and they took forever to answer. I asked to be transferred to the restaurant and they NEVER answered my phone call; neither from my cell phone nor from the room. It was gross to know there was more than one couple having intercourse in the pool. Gross! I had to get out!! The golf cart driver made some kind of negative remark: seemed upset.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. The location is great, a bit noisy during the weekend. Service wasn't as good as I other hotels in the area and for the cost of our room at Marinaterra, I normally book an apartment-looking room at another hotel.

Nice place near the marina is the plus. But there were a few issues, hot tub nonfunctional, no alternate offered, no AC in hallways and elevator. I called front desk several times and each time no answer, after a few times, I asked about my unanswered calls and was told the phone did not work at front desk. Seems odd.
