Ocean Maya Royale - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I cannot say enough good to describe Ocean Maya Royale! It is way over the top and deserves a perfect score! Definately a 5 Star Resort! We felt welcomed before we arrived! We had many questions which were promptly answered on emails back and forth and in fact I felt almost embarrassed for asking so many questions however I was reassured each time that they were there to answer anything I asked. Thank you so much! Right away we knew this was the place for us to celebrate a family vacation for my husband's 70th birthday!! We are frequent travelers and have been to many different countries on cruises, land trips, all inclusives, etc but the Ocean Maya will resonate in our memories for years to come and exceeds any cruise or all inclusive we have ever taken. We raved about this so much to our friends after the trip that they now want to go too,especially after seeing all our pictures and hearing about our experiences. Even the YouTube videos of Ocean Maya doesn't do it justice...its even better!!! Wow!!! We were welcomed as soon as we arrived. We checked in immediately and they answered all our questions and staff took us to our room. Upon entering our room we were surprised to find a birthday cake for my husband and rose petals, towels, robes and slippers. The mini bar is filled daily with 2 beer, pop and water. The restaurants, entetainment, pools, bars, activities are awesome! You will never be bored! A special sound out to Kenndell for making this trip so memorable!

This was our 6th visit to OMR, we absolutely love the staff they are amazing. The amount of staff who remember us by name is incredible, with the amount of people that they meet daily i don't know how they do it. My only complaint is that when people complain about something, such as the entertainment staff announcing the games around the pool, management changes things so they are now without a microphone to announce things and you can't hear. My advice to everyone is enjoy your vacation. If you don't like the resort you have visited don't go back, don't try and change it to what you like because the rest of us return because we like the way things are run. We can't wait for our next visit. MANAGEMENT...stop changing for the select few, those of us who keep returning love OMR just the way it is!

Excellent property in Riveria Maya. This was my second visit and it was as good as the first. Entertainment staff were great, as was the service staff.
