Wrong description. Only continental breakfast available, and it was very limited. Full breakfast has an additional price. On the website says full breakfast and is not true. Staff was not available at all times. And the kitchen staff were rude and had no customer service skills. You can hear everything from room to room,. I would not recommend.

I’ve stay at this hotel before, the rooms and communal areas are in good conditions, well maintained. The only problem with the room it’s the towels, really old. Supervisors or people in charge weren’t there at our check in, which was at 3pm, the employee did his best to assist us. He asked for a deposit, we have stay in valle, in different places and we have never been asked for something like that, mostly because we always use hotels.com to process reservations. The included breakfast is fruit and pancakes, we were never inform that continental breakfast didn’t included proteins, they offered chilaquiles for an extra price. It’s not prices or paying extra, it’s that there’s not communication from the beginning of how the place works or what includes. We got engaged at this place in 2017, wanted to come back and live the great customer service they had before, it was more personal attention than nowadays.

It was one of the most relaxing places we have stayed in. Beautiful place and great food 😋. Great place if you want to be near wineries around that area.

Beautiful property. Gated parking and clean room. We did find a small frog in our room and it was after hours so had to catch it ourselves (we released it near the pond). Breakfast was nice. Would recommend.

A hidden gem!!!

The premise is impeccable. Lucia truly makes you feel welcomed and is ALWAYS there to assist with anything. We have stayed there twice and both experiences have been phenomenal. If I could give more stars I would! Highly recommend!

They should improve in the breakfast and attend them a bit faster i waited 35 min and i ended up leaving eating somewhere else otherwise its good

Beautiful place in Valle de Guadalupe. It is close to many cool wineries. The place is very safe, secure and beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Staff was great and very attentive

Perfectly quiet little paradise. The rooms are little suites in different areas. Perfect venue for a wedding or formal gathering, the grounds are gorgeous. There’s a beautiful pool and plenty of walkways around fountains and ponds. The staff is the icing on the cake. Kind. Informative. Attentive. And ready to assist. 100/10. We’ll be back.
