The AC , didn't work good, And don't have a Refrigerator!!!

Clean, nice staff, good food

We really enjoyed our stay at the Real INN, but we are noticing that it needs an update. The baseboards are falling apart and there isn’t hot water. Water was always semi cold. Otherall, comfortable up there are some updates that needs to happen.

Me encanto la estancia! El check in y check out super rapido. Nos quedamos en el piso 8 y tenia un balcon muy espacioso con una vista increible. La television se puede conectar al telefono para ver contenido de netflix, youtube, etc. Muy buena experiencia, definitivamente recomiendo.

Good hotel

The shower head was nice and lot of hot water, closed to plaza Rio and Calimax. I didn't like the beds to smalls specially for two people there are more like a twin bed and the mattress are very soft fell like We are falling of the bed because all around of the mattress goes down. I think is price is up for the quality of the room.

The master suite is super run down. Absolutely no AC in the living room. The vinyl flooring is so poorly installed it looks so trashy. The curtains are ripped in both the bedroom and living room. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The bathrobe wasn't washed it was stained with make up and had an empty box of condoms in the pocket completely unacceptable. Also this room is advertised to sleep 3 people but the hotel says it's only for 2 people. Not to mention this rundown room wasn't even ready at 3pm. My 9 month old son was fussy and tired and wanted to go down for a nap. When I asked for an upgrade they tried to charge me full price instead of just letting Me pay the difference. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Go spend your money else where this hotel is ridiculous. I will NEVER be going back and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away from that hotel.
