It so poor maintenance on the building...no A/C etc

Is a good budget hotel in a very convenient location. Room was clean and neat. Everything worked as intended. That said…no AC. There is a vent in the ceiling for cooling that you can open but it isn’t always on and you’ve no direct control. Plugs are few and well worn…making it often difficult for things to stay plugged in. Is popular with travel groups and people will be knocking on doors early in the morning to see if others are ready. Restaurant ok but certainly better choices nearby. Will stay again for price and location.

Very convenient location next to Zona Rosa y Roma Norte. Cant be that for the price. Not visitors allowed is too controlling a policy

The Hotel is placed in a nice area and the surroundings are good to walk around. The rate was cheap and the rooms too, so you get what you paid for. Weird thing, there was no electrical outlets around the bed so I had to buy an extension cord for my wife's CPAP machine and to charge phones.

I arrive at the hotel at around 10am. They allowed me to check in early, which was great. I did not find any major issues. Although the shower heads could have been better. Other than that it was really great experience. The hotel was almost always close to everything. Great location

Es un hotel de los años 60’s o 70’s que lo mantienen bien y limpio ; su cama y almohada no son de mi gusto; para una noche por su ubicación cerca del metro insurgentes y zona rosa está bien.

Considering the price and location, I was initially willing to overlook minor issues. However, this experience raised serious safety concerns that I feel obligated to share. When I woke up in the morning, I noticed that the security latch on my door was in a different position from how I had left it. After checking carefully, it appeared that the door lock had been opened. I am certain that I locked the door the night before. Even if I hadn’t (which I did), I would never leave the security latch in that position — I always secure it flat. To double-check, I recreated the situation myself. After locking the latch securely and attempting to open the door from inside, I closed it again. The latch ended up in the exact same position as I found it in the morning. I reported this to the front desk and asked about reviewing the security footage. I was told that there was no footage available, and then that only the manager could access it. I was informed the manager would not be available until the next day, after my check-out. What concerns me most is the lack of clear communication and urgency regarding a potential safety issue. For this price and area, the hotel may seem like a reasonable option, but I strongly encourage future guests to ensure their security latch is properly engaged and to remain cautious.

For the price this is a very good hotel, well maintained and a handy location near subway and buses.

Very clean rooms. Close to center. I asked for a quiet room, and i got it . Check in is a bit slow. They can use some art on the bare walls
